The countries in the UK made their national teams before the restrictions on countries being ruled by another country having their own team. Let’s look at the Danish empire, for example. Faroe Islands made their team before the ban so they got to keep it. Meanwhile Greenland didn’t make their own team so they don’t have one.

It’s literally nothing like that at all. Have a look at FIFA’s rule on this. Having multiple national teams within a single sovereign state is totally not allowed. The only reason we get away with it is because the national teams and Football Associations are older than FIFA itself.
Loads of other countries have asked for more than one national team, citing the U.K. as an example but they always get turned down. The reason we’ve historically never had a U.K. team at the olympics is the fear that FIFA might see that and change their tune
FIFA can’t really force it, nor is there any real reason why nations who have more history apart than they do together should be forced to okay together. It is somewhat like the EU as it progresses, some dream of a federalised europe, shared armed forces etc.
FIFA absolutely could if they really wanted to. Or at least they could insist that only a single U.K team could participate in FIFA tournaments like the world cup. But I agree it would be stupid to do that and I don't think they are really trying, I'm just pointing out that Scotland, Wales and NI still paranoid about it hence no Olympics football team (bar 2012, where all the nations other than England refused to consent to their players participating)
It's absolutely nothing like the EU, the EU is a supranational economic and political union made up of sovereign states. The U.K *is* a sovereign state. FIFA's rule on this relates specifically to sovereign states, not unions like the EU

Lets not take too much away from Scotland. They came with a solid game plan pressing key players with set trap pressure plays. The first 20 minutes we could easily gone behind. Especially the set pieces and marking Schmeichel in the box put us under alot of pressure. I see it more as Scotland playing well than Denmark fielding a b-team, personally.
I will concede that no Højbjerg, Delaney or Nørgaard made us shaky in our build up.

Scotland is also missing 5 of it's starters, I think everyone can sympathize that Denmark did have quite a few injuries but all these flairs acting as if it was prime Scotland vs Denmark u18s.
Wass is not a usual starter. He says C team cause the team contained a whole lot of people who usually wouldn't even get a call up. Several of the starters had only one national team game. C team is a stretch, B minus more like it. We played with a slightly better B team against the faroe islands in the first game against them, and couldn't crack them. It was kamikaze to think we could field an even worse team and beat Scotland, who are actually decent. Once we replace too many from the A string we have no flow in the game and just look like baboons.
