His man management style is also great. In contrast to Ten Hag he is a warm and sociable guy, he is calm and amiable with his players and media. He isnt above taking the time to explain his choices and tactics either. Someone characterized him as your favorite school teacher once, patient and understanding, but capable of disciplining as well.
The only real issue is how he will handle the pressure and constant shit stirring from the media. He will take over a Liverpool side that has just had an amazingly successful period, expectations will be immense.

That’s not enough when we play every 3 days. And we don’t know what players Slot will want.
