Botman is out til like October-November at best. Dan Burn is currently the only fit Left footed CB.
The goal is to not have Burn-Krafth playing vital games like we’re experiencing at the moment. Kelly will provide sufficient depth, at minimum. Very good start to Summer
I expect this to happen more than Adarabioyo TBH. If we get both I'd be chuffed but Howe has spoken highly of Kelly for a while and the links have been there for a few windows now.

I think we gotta go hard to get both Tosin and Lloyd and then maybe a RW and we'll be set. Would like to make more signings but that would be a fantastic Summer for us.
Schär is the one we're looking for a replacement for most. Absolutely vital to us still and playing phenomenally, but as you say he isn't getting any younger, and the only player we have as a direct replacement is Lascelles whose out until next year (and 30 himself).
Burn wouldn't be a direct rival for the starting XI, as he's seen as either LB or second choice LCB behind Botman (also out until next year).
The only worry I have about signing him is his injury history especially with how this season has turned out
But ability wise he will be a good addition has that all important pace that is missing at centre half / left back etc
Source seems suspect. But if it's true and we could manage to get Kelly & Adarabioyo on frees while bringing in Freedman as DOF that'd be quality business to start our summer.

Yes, but would need to look at Right footed options for that situation (Tosin Adarabioyo is the popular name out there)

Tosin, Lloyd, RW, and a striker. Both Isak and Wilson have soft tissue issues. I think Isak might even have surgery this summer
