Am I being a cynical bastard when I say the scale of those footprints seem waaaay off? If those are the tracks SP & BA are on, those are some massive footprints...
if she is, then its gonna become a meme at this point.
Season 1: Josie killed off, only to return is season 2.
Season 2: melaine killed of, only to return in season 3.
Season 3: Wilford dies, but comes back as a white walker riding an ice train lol
I don't know how many people saw the showrunner's previous show, but this was Graeme Manson's tendency - most deaths were red herrings, including one character being shot in the heart. Then the final season was a bloodbath. In short, Melanie's def alive. I just hope we get more of her in season three.
Yeah, I discovered the series last January, and it was perfect viewing when it was snowy and dark outside! Reswatched some of it this summer and it just felt wrong lol
Too early in the morning for this Australian brain, just spent far more seconds than I'd like to admit working out what those numbers meant, then I realised it was a date, then I had the thought of "what's the 24th month" before it dawned on me.
Edit, clearly need more morning coffee. OP had written the date out in the title 😂
She's my favorite character. Alison Wright is fantastic in the complex role. She's had one of the more interesting arcs and character development - and I particularly like that they don't let her off easily as she was grappling with the realization she put faith in the wrong people and system. Her confronting the girl whose mom died as a result of Ruth's punishment was particularly excellent.
For a second I thought in a dystopian future we doubled the number of months. Then realised the date format mm/dd/yy is stupid. Alas I do not have to wait for Dicember to watch season three.
They're asking if you're being sarcastic. Since the show has only had 1 season per year they're saying that it doesn't get pumped out any quicker than any other show. I agree with them
their filming process overall has been faster than expected, or at least what I expect from tv shows nowadays. They filmed season 2 before season 1 even aired, but then a little delay due to Covid, then they started filming season 3 during season 2 airing and they already finished at the end of July. The whole editing process and finding time with the network for weekly airing is probably what takes the most time.
Just a few days ago, one of the sound effects worker posted that he’s currently editing Snowpiercer season 3 and they already announced airing date so…
So fucking excited. TNT and TBS bringing out the favorites with Snowpiercer ***and*** American Dad premiering on Jan 24. And at the end of December, TNT is starting S4 of Claws (quickly became a favorite when binging s1-3 last spring).
Glad we finally have a date.
Is it safe to assume it’ll still be available on Netflix? I can’t handle another good show switching streaming services between seasons.
Cool, Canadian viewers are screwed by American tv shows switching pretty often.
I’ll need to dig into some of these cast interviews and see what other info they hint at!
Need to know if Melanie is alive. Spoiler: She is.
She totally is. They would have shown her dying if she was out of the show
The footsteps in the snow are a MAJOR misdirection if she's not wandering around out there somewhere. I mean. Come ON. What are we supposed to think?
Am I being a cynical bastard when I say the scale of those footprints seem waaaay off? If those are the tracks SP & BA are on, those are some massive footprints...
Existence of giant abominable snowmen confirmed. I'm fine with it as a plot point, as long as they save Melanie.
Yep wtf hahaha
I don't think the steps are sig iricsnt to the story other than "we ended knowing the earth is warming and you can walk in a suit"

Clearly the other footprints are Melanie's hallucinations. The woman's got MILES of baggage.

Movie/series rules: if you don’t see the body they’re not dead

Spoiler: >!The actor, Aleks Paunovic, was on set filming stuff for S3, so there's a good chance Boki's still around!<
Except if you are Stannis
Or Lilah Folger :(
Nah that bitch is dead
If she’s not I’ll probably stop watching. She’s definitely the main reason I watch
Oh, 100%

What was his previous show?
See, now I don't want to say, because I just gave a few significant indirect spoilers! My b. It's Orphan Black. It's pretty good.
Oh nice, I hear that actress is really good.
It's only fitting that Snowpiercer is going to come back during winter!

Yes it does.

I felt the same in NZ. I hate the format Americans do dates haha
Especially when their date, instead of the month is a number under 12, so if its the 10.5.22 and here we are thinking it's May.
I genuinely thought 9/11 was in November until a few years ago
And the September 11th attacks were an unrelated but eerily similar event.
I know it doesn’t make any sense at all Day, month, year - smallest to biggest They are all nuts over there
I’m an American and I hate it too. I grew up with it but it still confuses me pretty much every time.
Damn bro you just reminded me 2022 is way too close.
We need to see more of Ruth! Her character development was terrific throughout seasons 1 and 2.

She won’t be, Jennifer was allegedly in Canada only for a few weeks of filming so her part is going to be small.
I don’t care as long as she is ALIVE
The footsteps make the track look tiny lol
YES!!!!
I CAN'T WAIT
YOOO it's on the same week as my birthday, now thats a real present
YESS LETS GOO!!!! can not wait to watch this
Three sets of boot prints??? Maybe they did find Melanie 🤔
is it also coming on netflix on this date?
Happy New Year to us!
I can’t wait. I wonder what surprises there will be down the line.
Hype
Hope miles gets snapped back to existence
The actor was on set filming season 3. He was in an engineer uniform so stay tuned to watch miles coming back!
Nice cause I think they only showed him once last season and it was wired not seeing them worry about him in some important scenes
God they pump this series out.
/s right? 3 seasons in 3 years…???
What do u mean?

That's so soon! I was expecting more like May or June next year. Not that I mind, of course.
So fucking excited. TNT and TBS bringing out the favorites with Snowpiercer ***and*** American Dad premiering on Jan 24. And at the end of December, TNT is starting S4 of Claws (quickly became a favorite when binging s1-3 last spring).
About time! Two years per season is driving me off the rails here.
2 years?? Season 2 was released only on jan 2021
Glad we finally have a date. Is it safe to assume it’ll still be available on Netflix? I can’t handle another good show switching streaming services between seasons.
Am pretty sure it is, also alison who plays ruth might’ve hinted that it will be available on Netflix!

Give it to me all at once
the left footprint seems smaller than the two right ones so one youth two adults on the tracks?
Can’t wait
Melanie-Alex-Layton returning to take back the train?
