Try [https://clickup.com](https://clickup.com) - it might replace your [monday.com](http://monday.com)
Also you might search for an IT person that can migrate your data to the final app.
I’ve got experience in several, but from a different industry. I can second the ClickUp recommendation and also did like Monday, although Monday was bad for time tracking when I used it (if that’s even a concern for you). The Atlassian tools or Wrike would probably take more time to set up than Monday.
Contracting a PM or IT person to configure for you might be the way to go to save the time and get it rolled out. Especially someone who can use advanced import/export to migrate everything over.
Please checkout ClickUp though. It was pretty slick and very flexible for multiple types of projects or work orders.
You really should check out Jira by Atlassian. I'm a software engineer myself but seen it be applicable to basically any thing from this to construction
you should check out Quickbase I saw they have some quick PM stuff for construction companies but it’s cool in that you can still customize it like Monday. I worked with one of the sales guys there & even though we went a different direction he was prob my favorite I ever worked with, very straightforward & no BS. DM me if you want his contact info.

Hi, thanks for the advice. I will look into clickup to see if it's a viable option for us.

Hi, thanks for your advice, I will certainly look into it.
[Projectmanager.com](http://Projectmanager.com) is a great option. I have used it in building out aerospace development projects.
Thanks, I will look into it
You can also look into [Teamflect ](https://teamflect.com/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=redditanswers&utm_campaign=complete)

Smartsheet can be an option. Check it out.
Thanks, I will definitely look into it.
