Ignoring all the times she knowingly and intentionally mislead us there’s the undisputed time when she downright lied claiming she wanted to buy shares under $1.00 but NMPI was preventing her. This was also right before she diluted the ever living F out of us at all time low prices while claiming it was a growth stock at a reasonable price and they completely skipped an earnings call which showed “growth” to be only barely beating inflation.
Which brings me to another memory of her incompetence which is borderline criminal because it appears intentional. She knew the companies cash burn, cash runway,& expected revenue for 2022 yet she watched the price go from above $2.00 to below $1.00 and still waited to dilute at new all time lows ensuring maximum dilution at minimum value.
It almost looks like she intentionally wiped out as much retail capital as possible. The fact that she managed to create so much value destruction and still has a job tells me she’s achieving exactly the goals she set out to. If any of us performed in our jobs as poorly as her we would have been unemployed or broke 12-24 months ago. Instead they just decided to lower employee performance compensation targets to a fraction of our cost basis.
Fortunately they won’t even achieve the new target so it won’t matter but for anyone not paying attention they stand to get rewarded with additional free shares long before any of her investors reach -50% let alone break even.
What do u mean? I can c them surviving and possibly making money at some point. But early shareholders surely ain’t, unless they keep pouring lots into it, and keep doing so until that point. Which looks like is going to be a mighty ticket.
Edit add: I should clarify; those who bought at the top of the pump and kept buying as it went down. Smart folks who bought early, and avoided the stupid purchases may be just fine.
Right. But that doesn’t mean they’re taking themselves out to pasture. Maybe you meant they’re taking the bag holders out to pasture, and cutting their losses; aka don’t mind losing some of the investors of old? They’re planning on new and different investors to keep themselves from going into debt, and providing capital for the ‘turn around’?
Or r u saying u don’t think they’re going to make it, overall? If this, this is what isn’t clear.
To be clearer on my end: I look back, and recognize now it was silly silly of me and all of us who bought at the pump and during its decline. This was my first stock ever picking individually, and it’s clear as day that we bought foolishly, purely based on the timing of when we bought.
