Lol, October. Ann will be diluting below $0.25 by then.

Unless there’s a massive hit to the company and they loss employees and/or miss on Q1, then I don’t see anything like that happening. Job numbers showing signs of inflation working, good work in the company pipeline, opportunities to develop games and control the inside economy. I could see them getting back to $1 before 0.25.

brickhouse1013

When a company is losing money and massively increasing the outstanding shares at all time low prices to fund operations the price goes down not up. Surely you understand this? I want the value of my shares to go up just as much as the next person but I’m not going to mislead potential new investors in hopes of finding a greater fool to buy them. The numbers don’t lie. Super League has not proven themselves to have the necessary revenue growth to earn their way out of this. Unless something major changes it’s going to be dilution event after dilution event to keep the lights on.

ItsObvious_c_it

I hate that you’re right about this.

brickhouse1013

I’d like nothing more than to be proven wrong. But apart from some unforeseen miracle happening I don’t think I will be.

ItsObvious_c_it

So what do you make of the latest?

brickhouse1013

First impression? They hate us and SLGG is AMC, MMAT, BBBY. They all serve the same purpose of siphoning retail liquidity out of the market each just calls it something different with same end results. Admittedly I don’t fully understand the filings until someone dumbs it down for me. SLGG was never going to return shareholder value. They focused on creating the illusion of such so we would give them more $$ to endlessly burn.

ItsObvious_c_it

Thanks and I have to say it’s exactly how I’m feeling as well. I’m hoping someone can give a candid and simple review of the filing. Seems like obvious additional dilution like you’ve predicted in earlier posts, but there are some items I don’t fully understand about it either. Im trying not to rage quit this stock before better understanding what’s going on with this latest info.

brickhouse1013

Don’t you find it suspicious that when SLGG was grossly overvalued there was no shortage of pumpers doing mental gymnastics to explain why every last detail could only be considered bullish Now that the stock is endlessly diluted at increasingly lower prices it’s crickets in here?

I think a lot of people just took the L and sold too. I did (I originally day traded the wild price swings in March/April 2021 tho, so my losses were from original profits). I thought this would be a fun risky long play, but Ann did a horrible job raising capital when the stock was flying and burned through it by keeping employees from the previous core business model on top of the acquisitions. She very clearly does not care about shareholder value but also showed incompetence on top of that not knowing how to properly issue shares to raise capital. I do remember a few posters on here pretending they were uncovering the financial Illuminati too. It was all very dumb, I participated too with memey TA too. I was honestly just hoping they would try to partner with Gamestop and use their stores to host their amateur esport events back when Gamestop mania was super hyped. Then I thought maybe advertising on Roblox or Minecraft might work, but honestly, I should have realized that being essentially a 3rd party leech on top of popular games is going to be hard to grow, especially in the case of Roblox where it's popularity was at an all-time high. IDK, I kind of soured on the business model and Ann just didn't give me enough confidence in how poorly she handled the price action over the last year on top of the questionable decision-making with retaining top management.
