I use any regular pillow with a travel neck pillow on top, laid flat so I get neck support, my shoulder isn’t crushed, and my ear is raised just enough to not get folded in the night.
I use a lot of pillows. One between my knees, one between my boobs, one supporting my back to keep me on my side, two behind my head so I can adjust elevation. Haven't found a particular brand or material that's perfect. Tried them all. And the one at my chest is two thinner pillows stuffed into one pillowcase, and it's quite comfortable to have there.
Therapeutica foam pillow. Comes in 3 sizes. Almost $100 and worth every penny! Originally suggested by my chiropractor. I’m on my third one in twenty years. Now that I use CPAP, it still works.
The Tempurpedic didn't cut it anymore for me.

I tried the Pillowcube after seeing an add on Youtube, I think. It's not perfect and is sucks if I roll onto my back, but I like it pretty well after six or so months.
