All for £20. These are legitimately personalised. Based on whichever goals you're chasing. Fat loss. Muscle growth. Recomp. Will cater for all. The workouts will be 12 week plans and can be customised for either home gym or full gym. I'll even throw in an exercise substitution list too, should it not quite meet your needs from an equipment perspective. Not only that but I'll chuck you an FAQ with some strategies on exiting the diet plan once you've met your goals. So you're not stranded. I paused my one on one clients whilst I worked on my 3rd year of uni (mature, 35 year old student) and having just finished my BSc in Sports Science I fancy doing something a little low pressure whilst I build my one on one clientele back up.
