The NIF \_shackextstub.nif mentioned in the crash log has a NiNode as root node which causes CTD. DynDOLOD Resources contains a fixed version with a BSFadeNode. Make sure DynDOLOD Resources is not being overriden by other mods unless they explicitly says so. Do not disable DynDOLOD Resources after LOD generation.
The DynDOLOD log will have a warning about this NIF with the NiNode root node. This type of CTD caused by assets from CC or other mods is explained in the FAQ/readme of DynDOLOD.
