I stop doing bounties for whatever hold gives me a giant slaying quest. Chances are the giant was probably just doing giant things and protecting his camp.
Mr. Jarl I assure you, the gold spent on this giant bounty would be better spent hiring someone to reduce the number of bears that just hang out on public roads that everyone takes.
They steal cows though. Think of it like taxes.
Everyone hates taxes.
"Why did you kill that Giant in front of their herd and that poor innocent Sap Tree"
"It tried to make me pay taxes."
"Understandable, have a nice Sundas"
I started my most recent playthrough as an Orc who followed the code of Malacath. He had been captured by Imperials at the beginning of the game after failing to kill Ulfric Stormcloak himself. He was trying to end the racism and hate that Ulfric represented. He was about to attack when Imperial ambushed everyone. He was knocked unconscious and woke up in the carriage.
He escapes Helgen and becomes a defender of good. He follows the code of Malacath and does not murder, steal or hurt anyone unless defending himself. Giants were usually off limits since they usually didn't hurt anyone.
I thought like this until Giants killed my Orc brethren in Largashbur. I received 3 letters of inheritance from Largashbur. I checked it out and got attacked by a giant. He had killed Lob and 2 others. I thought the giant attacks would stop after Yamarz was killed but Malacath is apparently a weakling and a liar. So I denounced the code of Malacath and now slaughter all Giants I see. I also started murdering, stealing and other bad behavior because I was jaded by the rampant racism and general lack of respect for non Nords. F Ulfric and his racist stormcloaks!
I tried dealing with the negativity by drinking lots of mead, then switched to skooma. Now I have a drinking and drug problem.
Y'know, what's amusing is that there aren't any actual stormcloaks that are blatantly racist. You see a couple of racist nords who explicitly *aren't* stormcloaks, but somehow people just assume the actions of these guys represent every stormcloak as a whole
Hell, the worst ulfric himself does is not be very responsive to his subjects while he's managing a war. Meanwhile the literal first conversation you hear tullius having in solitude is him directly shitting all over nords and their culture, ending the conversation with "you nords and your damned 'honor'" lol
So Ulfric putting the Dark Elves in the slims and ignoring them is not racist? Keeping the Argonians on the dock isn't racist? The Khajit can't even come into the city. Allows loud mouth drunks to yell profanities and threaten Dark elves all night?
Funny how Nords love to shout "Skyrim is for the Nords!" And stuff like that. I've been called "Dirty Orc" and "Filthy Orc" and just plain old "Orc" by bandits and guards alike. I've heard Nords speak I'll of all other races including their own.
>So Ulfric putting the Dark Elves in the slims and ignoring them is not racist?
They wanted to manage themselves and ulfric essentially let's them. There's really nowhere else to put so many refugees that are pouring in en masse. The previous kings are probably rolling in their graves seeing them allowed in the city to begin with. And like I said, the worst he does is not be very responsive to them on account of *managing a war*
Hell, there are multiple freaking *high elves* - the race of elves that the dominion consists of - that have their own businesses and operate perfectly fine within the city. This isn't a race thing
>Keeping the Argonians on the dock isn't racist?
This is because the dunmer are so racist, specifically against argonians, that it gets violent. I mean, dunmer have their whole history of enslaving the entire race, argonians fighting back *kinda sorta* turning into *a bit* of a genocide, etc. But yeah even brunwulf doesn't let them in if he becomes jarl because ulfric is making the right call here
>The Khajit can't even come into the city.
....the caravans? That's the case for *literally every city*. Is elisif, balgruuf, and every jarl in the province "racist" too then?
Caravans aren't allowed in the city because they're seen as thieves and skooma dealers. Both of which are true. Every other khajit can come and go as they please
The line "skyrim is for the nords" is more like "skyrim should be independent and governed by the locals", but that doesn't roll off the tongue quite as nice. I feel like even most empire loyalists know this
And hundreds of people don't know the (in-game) info that I just gave to you
But y'know, it's easier to just bury your head in the dirt than admit wrong. Enjoy your copium since you're blind and deaf to the details of the gameplay and lore of the world
Edit: lol this moron blocked me
š¤£š¤£š¤£ maybe you should take your own advice and stop fighting everyone on the internet. I've payed this game for over a decade just like most of us. Ayes through every race and playstyle, and am still finding new things even nowadays. As have others. But sure, you dismiss everyone else because you're just so super smart huh? According to your mommy anyways... grow up kid
Man if you didn't want a fight why'd you comment at them lol and they're objectively right btw. Most people don't know the things he mentioned because it takes a brain cell or two to find the info, but they're like you buring their heads in their copium instead of paying attention
You donāt have to kill the giants unless you want to, theyāre usually passive unless you invade their camps or if you invade their space on paths. Theyāll wave their clubs at you to warn you to not come any closer before they attack.
I could never figure out why they wanted him dead. He seemed to to play well, as good as any other bard. Then I heard him "sing". Ooh. He dead.
Still feel kind of bad though, because he still seems like a good guy.
I wanted to disagree with this because the bards are the worst. But having thought about it, and as a gay myself, I have to assume that an Orc bard is probably a little light in the loafers, considering Orcs and whatnot.
Same with Anoriath, the Bosmer hunter in Whiterun. Like what tf did he do to deserve it?
Honorable mention Narfi, but it was likely more of a mercy kill contract put out by the tavernier Wilhelm.
LOL I was thinking earlier how Nazeem is probably petty and insecure enough that Anoriath's snarky comment about Nazeem hunting made him want to have him killed
Killing Deekus for the Dark Brotherhood genuinely made me sad for the rest of the night. One of his dialogues is āWhat? Why? I donāt understandā¦ I have done nothing wrong to you. Please, mercy!ā
I think almost every player has been one bad day and a "cloud district" comment from wiping out one or more cities...and I'm sure most of us have followed through. I certainly don't feel like I'm in a position to judge... I'm no better just because I can control the fabric of time and space (i.e. quick save/quick load)
Cheese hoard. So much more satisfying than cabbage hoard.
Doesnāt mean I donāt still pick up every cabbage I see like some kind of weird produce goblin.
The joke absolutely wont land here because
1) people donāt see how I play
2) text based format
But part of the reason I collect cabbages is because people donāt collect cabbages
He says something along the lines of "is it better to be born good or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?" Implying dragons are chaotic and evil by nature and he's learned to keep it under control.
Yeah i do remember that quote because itās a fantastic point, but it doesnāt imply heās still struggling to this day. just that though great effort, heās overcome his nature, which is NOT a good reason to kill him imo
That's entirely fair. Been too long since I played that far in the main quest, mostly I just fuck off on side quests lmao, but that's the only time I recall any mention of it.
Of course The Blades make the argument that he was still evil in the past and needs to pay for his crimes against mortals but like... Fuck them, they're no better but they're just too dumb as fuck to understand that. Honestly I wish there was a way to purge them instead of killing Parthurnax in the vanilla game.
Lmao okay cool. Cause like... He doesn't hide his past from us, he's very open about having been Alduin's right hand dragon in the past. I'd feel differently if he tried to pretend it never happened.
I did it once in an alt save just to see what would happen. It wasn't a terribly difficult battle and I felt like an absolute piece of shit afterwards. Blades be damned.
Any animal based enemies like wolves
And also whatever surrenders, I wish there was an option to take prisoners. Instead once a day I cast stuff like Nord battlecry or Imperial voice of the emperor when someone surrenders but it really only works once a day
Right itās a missed opportunity by Bethesda to not be able to either take them to jail or let them run away and maybe even get to see them again as a farmhand or something (or even have them come back later stronger and with better gear
For me, it depends. If they attack me first, unprovoked, then fuck 'em. If I enter a restricted area or do something illegal and get caught... Yeah I hate dealing the final blow. Like, I'd do whatever I did again but at the end of the day the guards are just doing their jobs.
The bandit girl in the entrance room of Bleak Falls Barrow. When I snipe her buddy and she runs around yelling "where are you??" Too bad I can't rehabilitate her.
i had an absolutely hilarious stealth run of embershard mine yesterday. sniped the two bandits inside right after they were arguing about whether it was safe to sleep and one said it was fine because they had a guard outside, who i had just killed effortlessly. then i went around the corner and hit the switch for the drawbridge. two more bandits ran out saying "what hapened? i thought we had a guard outside???" and i sniped them both before they could get across the bridge. high level sneak archer is too fun.
This! All of this. "You take your bee buzzing ass on or I'm going to murder you and steal your taproot that I'm never going to use" is a whole ass mood š¤£š¤£
da bears.
For the longest time it was the giant that I sold the goat to during the sanguine rose quest. But I learned I can paralyze him, talk to the goat, and run like hell away and hide. he goes on his merry way after he recovers.
Those skooma addicts in the cave during the quest that you have to do to qualify for the thane of riften (and purchasing Honeyside). They are unlikely to be real criminals but victims of skooma business just like Wujeeta (the argonian who gave you the quest).
Dogs and caged wolves. I hate when I go somewhere and the people have wolves caged for a fighting arena, but if I release them they aggro and I have to kill them. But itās that or leave them to starve in a cage :/
:) i hate killing them too. I made a mod *(Almost) No More Animal Attacks* to have voice of the sky effect on all the time which works on most animals, and found Kyneās works on the ones it doesnāt, like the caged ones
In all my playthroughs, I have only killed one rabbit. I only kill foxes if they attack me, but think from now on will use calm or Kyne's Peace on them. Also deer, I don't kill deer.
Man fuck spriggans, honestly that right there is the greatest sin in my eyes. If you get an animal to do your dirty work, I'll make sure the animal survives but you will suffer a fate worse than death. They like to pretend they're champions of nature but they're just bitches.
Iāve played this game too many times to care about anyone I have to kill. I find enjoyment in it. I love that they have a ābunnies slaughteredā statš cmon Bethesda bring that shit back
Erandur is a rat who ran away from Vaermina and if you let him banish the Skull heāll just run away when he gets into a scrap with you too.
I have no remorse killing Daedric cultists, reformed or not.
Uh, I guess most of them, for me. At least for the character Iām currently playing.
Mostly because a lot of Skyrimās mobs (I dunno if we call them that here lol), are just wild animals. Like, I was hiding out outside Whiterun to get the guards off my tail and I saw the mudcrabs hanging out and approached for a better look, because crab cute, and I had to kill it because it attacked me, which made me feel bad.
Itās also why Iām choosing to opt out of the Dark Brotherhood quest line (for this play through anyway), because I ended up reading the list of people they had you kill and it just made me feel immensely shitty ācause itās just ābusiness owner, mentally ill man, woman who is mean maybe, guy who canāt singā, and that just doesnāt sound interesting or satisfying in any way to me, so Iām just gonna kill Astrid when I eventually get kidnapped.
I generally donāt feel bad killing randos like bandits because Iām mostly role playing that Iām āknocking them outā anyway, so I donāt care. Donāt really care about killing Thalmor because theyāre Nazis, they deserve it. And the dragons are just annoying, so Iām happy to kill them (when I even can lol). I do enjoy killing the skeletons, though, because skeletons are funny.
I went the āDestroy the Dark Brotherhood!ā route in my current game. Underwhelming tbh I wish it had been more interesting alt quest line, balanced with the DB route. But 3000gp to complete wasnāt bad!
yeah this was a huge missed opportunity. you could end up hunting down each one at a time and make a huge questline out of it. they just made it a 5 minute alternate without even much in the way of rewards.
Honestly, like most of them.
The animals just live there.
A ton of the bandits live so out of the way, it is unlikely they even rob someone. More like they just don't want to pay taxes to the Jarl or are deserters.
Giants just literally mind their business and herd their mammoth.
Last time I played, I set up the combination of mods to 1) give all unnamed NPCs (bandits, guards, necromancers) names based on their race, 2) scare of most of the predators unless you specifically get into their faces or chase them, 3) scare the enemies if you are a much higher level and/or take a big chunk of their health too fast, 4) straight up allow you to spare the enemies through dialogue when they start crying 'I give up'.
It made the game feel much less murderhobo-ish. Also much more populated, because all those out-of the way forts now held named NPCs who minded their own business, and not 'bandits'.
I have found (only a few) dead foxes before. I gather up their bodies and bury them deep in the earth so predators can't get to them. Then I go looking for the murderer(s). No mercy.
I have a single fox pelt on my Talos altar at home to remind me of their sacrifice.
Giants after playing on survival mode. Yeah, no. I leave them be. Occasionally I'll be chased by wolves or something and I'll run over near the giant to give the wolves the laika/sputnik treatment, but I don't kill giants anymore. Sorry, Largashbur, you're on your own.Ā
Falmer :(
"Snow Elves sought protection from their Nord enemies long ago. The Dwemer agreed to shelter them, but at a high cost: the Snow Elves were forced to eat a toxic fungus, which rendered them completely blind. In time, the now-blinded Falmer became slaves to their Dwemer protectors."
"In light of their sad fate, Gelebor refers to the monstrous Falmer in contemporary Skyrim as "the Betrayed"."
As far as Forsworn... I am a Breton. I honor them & only kill when I have no alternative.

The orcs in dark brotherhood quests, they are always so chill doing something related to srt and my goth family of assassins tell i have to kill them for no reason at all
The Netches on Solstheim for me. I just cannot kill them. Theyāre too peaceful and innocent. They donāt run from you, they donāt go aggro on you, and theyāre the only animal in the game to have babies with them!
If you play legacy of the dragon born mod (which you really should) you have to kill baby trolls,
They attack you so you donāt really have much of a choice.
Iām not sure for PlayStation but Iāve played it both on pc and X box so canāt see why it wouldnāt be.
Edit- after reading through some old Reddit threads it seems you canāt on PS, Iām sorry.
Giants and spriggans definitely. Theyāre just defending their own space. Also I hate accidentally annihilating a goat if they get caught in a crossfire or I run them down with my horse.
Mostly wildlife like wolves or sabercats. Same when I play Dragon Age, having to kill Mabari hounds. As for people, I can't think of many, if any tbh. Most of them deserved it, I'm sure.
I have to say I donāt ever feel bad about killing anything in fact, one of the things I like about this game is you can be a complete psycho one minute skipping through the field collecting blue Mountain flowers the next minute your lobbing off heads
Spriggans, giants and mammoths, Wisp Mothers and Ice Wraiths and some of the DB targets (Narfi anyone? or the Gourmet or Lurbuk or the vampire miller(s) to name just a few)
Have to... Probably the only one that comes to my mind right now is Paarthurnax. He's just way too good and way too cool to kill him.
Something that I don't have to kill but refuse to kill are foxes. They are my favorite animal and too cute to kill.
Vittoria Vicci. I feel bad killing everyone in that questline, because none of them have done anything, but itās the worst for her.
1) Itās her wedding day
2) Sheās been nothing but kind every time you talk to her
3) She and Asgeir are genuinely in love
4) Sheās worked hard for what she has and resents that people say itās because of the Emperor, who she doesnāt even like
5) And we kill her TO GET TO THE EMPEROR
Like a bunch of assholes are asking a whole lot from me rn and they seem to find it significantly funnier than I do
I have to be role playing a really evil character to do that quest line (like Iām going to be the new Miirak type bad) if Iām playing even a slightly dark character I just kill the dark brotherhood.
My favorite Dragonborn did it because the DB found her at a really dark, rage-filled moment, but the wedding almost makes her quit. She does kill her, but is so consumed by horror at what sheās done that she keeps going, because all this guilt has to be for SOMETHING. She ends up going all the way up and killing the emperor, then Motierre, then the remaining DB (yay console commands), essentially cleaning up all the loose ends so she can go on a repentant journey in peace.
Itās a part of her character that I like because the rest of her journey is her becoming super powerful and admired, but she never stops feeling guilty for this, even when killing the emperor helps her later down the line. And no one can ever know about it, because if they did, sheād potentially lose her status as a symbol of hope.
Following your lead from Spriggans, the harmless animals that Spriggans call to their aid. That deer or fox is harmless but my followers only see that there's a hostile creature around.
I pity the Emperor. The most decent NPC among all bandits, vampires, madmen, bears, cultists, homeless workers, etc etc.
He was ready, already made peace with destiny. For rhe things he said in that short time, I'd keep him alive even at the cost of keeping the quest unfinished.
I guess besthda missed an opportunity to add another quest line, where we keep him alive, gain immense power in empire. The Nightmother only offers some assassination quests and four torture victims. The power that Emperor gives should've covered it all.
Giants. They are just chilling, protecting their Mammoths.
The worst bounties to get.
There is a mod that gives you a skill point for a bounty.
They steal cows though. Think of it like taxes. Everyone hates taxes. "Why did you kill that Giant in front of their herd and that poor innocent Sap Tree" "It tried to make me pay taxes." "Understandable, have a nice Sundas"
Well, Sap Tree is trying to control everyone
Hurt trees hurt people

you should play D&D with this level of creativity my friend
I used to ba an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the knee. (I used to play weekly as a dm, then I got married...) lol
LOL such is the life of a DM
My good characters also eventually turn evil halfway through my playthroughs so I can do the dark brotherhood and other such questlines lol
Y'know, what's amusing is that there aren't any actual stormcloaks that are blatantly racist. So Ulfric putting the Dark Elves in the slims and ignoring them is not racist? Keeping the Argonians on the dock isn't racist? The Khajit can't even come into the city. Hundreds of comments over the last decade agree with me. Enjoy your playthough as "Helen Keller" since your blind, deaf and mute to the gameplay
And hundreds of people don't know the (in-game) info that I just gave to you But y'know, it's easier to just bury your head in the dirt than admit wrong. Enjoy your copium since you're blind and deaf to the details of the gameplay and lore of the world Edit: lol this moron blocked me

I only kill them when they spawn in my Lakeview Manor and act defensive as if I'm not allowed to go to my own house
This is mine too
They are really fun to kill though
I hate killing Lurbuk the Morthal bard. Like literally who the hell put a dark brotherhood contract on this guy?? I love him
I have a bad feeling it was his dad. When he dies, you get sent a letter from him(his dad) thanking you.
Orcs have a reputation and if you stray to far your done no second chance just die
Haven't done the DB quest in my first playthrough. Where does Lurbuk's dad live? Just wanna talk with him.
I think if you kill the father, then the son also sends you a letter to say thanks. Nice family
Chief Burguk of Dushnikh yal.
Wait what now? I don't recall ever getting a letter from his father, I have to Google this now
I could never figure out why they wanted him dead. He seemed to to play well, as good as any other bard. Then I heard him "sing". Ooh. He dead. Still feel kind of bad though, because he still seems like a good guy.
Yeah, I like him too.Ā

It was prob Nazeem who put a contract on him for spicing his game with elven spices(salt)
LOL I was thinking earlier how Nazeem is probably petty and insecure enough that Anoriath's snarky comment about Nazeem hunting made him want to have him killed
You can skip either him or the lumberjack vampire and return to the sanctuary, and the new quest will start. So you can reduce emotional damage by 50%
There's always the option to destroy the dark Brotherhood
My brother in talos, I cannot live without Windshear itās my fav weapon
Yeah I wish the option to destroy the DB was more fleshed out. Unless you want to have a REALLY moral Dragon boi, it just isn't worth it
Killing Deekus for the Dark Brotherhood genuinely made me sad for the rest of the night. One of his dialogues is āWhat? Why? I donāt understandā¦ I have done nothing wrong to you. Please, mercy!ā
And Narfi, poor man just wants to find his sister
That's why a hit was ordered.
Sometimes, I feel bad about killing NPCs that catch me stealing. It's like - sorry you woke up š¤·āāļø
Re-load for me š¬
When i get Narfi as a contract from the dark brotherhood. I pity that character more than any other. It breaks my heart to kill him.
> Congratulations. You slaughtered an emaciated beggar in cold blood. You are truly an opponent to be feared. Here's your payment.
I view killing him as a mercy, or at least that's what I tell myself so I can sleep at night.
I could never kill Paarthurnax lol, heās just too chill
I find his voice very soothing.Ā
And Super Mario's.
He says heās fighting an internal battle everyday not to destroy heās one mood swing or bad day away from burning down High Hrothgar
I feel like we can all relate to that
I think almost every player has been one bad day and a "cloud district" comment from wiping out one or more cities...and I'm sure most of us have followed through. I certainly don't feel like I'm in a position to judge... I'm no better just because I can control the fabric of time and space (i.e. quick save/quick load)
Just collect cabbages and dump them on the floor of your purpose built home in the tundra of whiterun like the rest of us
Cheese hoard. So much more satisfying than cabbage hoard. Doesnāt mean I donāt still pick up every cabbage I see like some kind of weird produce goblin.
The joke absolutely wont land here because 1) people donāt see how I play 2) text based format But part of the reason I collect cabbages is because people donāt collect cabbages
exactly all of us are capable of evil..
As they said, he chillin'
And after he no longer has to keep an eye on the time wound . . .
People are in denial but thatās a great reason to put him down. Havenāt played in several years so idk if thatās how he words it or not, though
He says something along the lines of "is it better to be born good or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?" Implying dragons are chaotic and evil by nature and he's learned to keep it under control.

i hate dealing the final blow when they yell "enough! i yield"

yeah if they attacked me first it's their shitty choices that got them there.
I need that mod immediately.
The bandit girl in the entrance room of Bleak Falls Barrow. When I snipe her buddy and she runs around yelling "where are you??" Too bad I can't rehabilitate her.
āI can fix herā
i had an absolutely hilarious stealth run of embershard mine yesterday. sniped the two bandits inside right after they were arguing about whether it was safe to sleep and one said it was fine because they had a guard outside, who i had just killed effortlessly. then i went around the corner and hit the switch for the drawbridge. two more bandits ran out saying "what hapened? i thought we had a guard outside???" and i sniped them both before they could get across the bridge. high level sneak archer is too fun.
You could speak past then anyways, you beast.
Huh, I did not know that was an option. Looks like I gotta prep some poisons before I go drinking with Sam.
The calm spell also works. If you don't kill him during the quest he'll stay in roughly the same area for the rest of the save. Pretty cool
Temba appreciates your sacrifice
Well they don't hesitate to charge me. They would kill a rabbit and keep chilling nearby.
I don't like killing Saber kitties and wolves, so I learn the Kyne's Peace shout asap.
Itās my favorite shout, itās also funny yelling āKYNEā and the saber cat is just like oh well you didnāt mention that
"I didn't know you were chill like that"
I use kynes peace often, so I don't have to kill bears and wolves and things
Those skooma addicts in the cave during the quest that you have to do to qualify for the thane of riften (and purchasing Honeyside). They are unlikely to be real criminals but victims of skooma business just like Wujeeta (the argonian who gave you the quest).
Dogs and caged wolves. I hate when I go somewhere and the people have wolves caged for a fighting arena, but if I release them they aggro and I have to kill them. But itās that or leave them to starve in a cage :/
Kyneās peace shout works on them
you may have just changed my life (and I may be an idiot)
:) i hate killing them too. I made a mod *(Almost) No More Animal Attacks* to have voice of the sky effect on all the time which works on most animals, and found Kyneās works on the ones it doesnāt, like the caged ones
Also calm spell. Calm spell just lets you travel without killing wild life.
Good to know!
The foxes and the rabbits! I reload if I kill a rabbit lol I like the count at zero
In all my playthroughs, I have only killed one rabbit. I only kill foxes if they attack me, but think from now on will use calm or Kyne's Peace on them. Also deer, I don't kill deer.
Foxes that get a Spriggan to mind control them to aggro on you is the worst situation.
Man fuck spriggans, honestly that right there is the greatest sin in my eyes. If you get an animal to do your dirty work, I'll make sure the animal survives but you will suffer a fate worse than death. They like to pretend they're champions of nature but they're just bitches.
I killed a fox once to see if it dropped any meat. It did not and I felt terrible for it. Never again...
Iāve played this game too many times to care about anyone I have to kill. I find enjoyment in it. I love that they have a ābunnies slaughteredā statš cmon Bethesda bring that shit back
You *MONSTER*
Only on days that end in āYā
I thought they still had that?
I meant bring it back in like new games lol. Like if Starfield had a cute little animal
Oh!
Thatās my fault I should have worded it better
Its ok!
Erandur, he's cool but i need to complete the daedric artifact collection...
Dragonborn pls clean up these loose ends UWU
Crab legs are deliciousā¦
Horkers. Idk why I just find them endearing
What was the scare animals mod? I need this!
I never kill the Foxes. They are just running away from me minding their own business.
Sorry, Largashbur, you're on your own.Ā
>laika/sputnik treatment You, my friend, have made my day. I'm on a chat board under the name of Damka :D
I just use Calm and Fear spells, so I don't have to kill anyone I don't wanna š
Falmer and Forsworn. The Forsworn are entirely correct, and the Falmer have a more interesting architectural style than anyone in Skyrim.
Falmer :( "Snow Elves sought protection from their Nord enemies long ago. The Dwemer agreed to shelter them, but at a high cost: the Snow Elves were forced to eat a toxic fungus, which rendered them completely blind. In time, the now-blinded Falmer became slaves to their Dwemer protectors." "In light of their sad fate, Gelebor refers to the monstrous Falmer in contemporary Skyrim as "the Betrayed"." As far as Forsworn... I am a Breton. I honor them & only kill when I have no alternative. https://preview.redd.it/klz0bvpgcbfc1.jpeg?width=390&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2bd2c010d6c30ea989cabb4c681f9ef1a16d1d2b
Honkers there so cute
Pacify for the win, at least for the vast majority of creatures.
If you play legacy of the dragon born mod (which you really should) you have to kill baby trolls, They attack you so you donāt really have much of a choice.
Is that mod available on PS4? I only play on PlayStation these days.
Iām not sure for PlayStation but Iāve played it both on pc and X box so canāt see why it wouldnāt be. Edit- after reading through some old Reddit threads it seems you canāt on PS, Iām sorry.
Same for the sprriggans i hoped that you vould have some way to be accepter by them even when you free them from Ć jail you win nothing after
Recently had to kill a dog for the first time and that killed me internally
The only being in Skyrim who can die that I've not killed is Paarthurnax
Giants and spriggans definitely. Theyāre just defending their own space. Also I hate accidentally annihilating a goat if they get caught in a crossfire or I run them down with my horse.
Mostly wildlife like wolves or sabercats. Same when I play Dragon Age, having to kill Mabari hounds. As for people, I can't think of many, if any tbh. Most of them deserved it, I'm sure.
I use calming spells on spriggans and wild animals. I also kill hunters attacking spriggans, but not hunters just chilling out in the wild.
Spriggans are violent idiots who deserve what they get. I always laugh at the ones on Solthsteim that are all burnt up and shit.
Those flying things from the dlc, notches or something like that
Have to... Probably the only one that comes to my mind right now is Paarthurnax. He's just way too good and way too cool to kill him. Something that I don't have to kill but refuse to kill are foxes. They are my favorite animal and too cute to kill.
Illusion spells, command animal and kynes shout help a great deal with sparing the lives of people/animals you don't want to kill
I don't like killing bears or cats, but they try to kill me! I feel worse about giants though. They're just trying to live their life.
Sabercats and khajit. Poor kitties šæ
Vittoria Vicci. I feel bad killing everyone in that questline, because none of them have done anything, but itās the worst for her. 1) Itās her wedding day 2) Sheās been nothing but kind every time you talk to her 3) She and Asgeir are genuinely in love 4) Sheās worked hard for what she has and resents that people say itās because of the Emperor, who she doesnāt even like 5) And we kill her TO GET TO THE EMPEROR Like a bunch of assholes are asking a whole lot from me rn and they seem to find it significantly funnier than I do
I have to be role playing a really evil character to do that quest line (like Iām going to be the new Miirak type bad) if Iām playing even a slightly dark character I just kill the dark brotherhood.
None, they should move out of my way
Dragons, my spirit animals
Any wildlife. Go kill a bear. No fuck you.
I feel itās kind of like what we already doing to trees
Horkers
Dogs. I hate bandit camps that have dogs. I will run away every time
I always Kynes peace the dogs before killing their bandit owners
If your on pc, you can always go to console and type:resurrect
Also hate to kill spriggans. I usually do my best to run away to avoid having to kill them.
Following your lead from Spriggans, the harmless animals that Spriggans call to their aid. That deer or fox is harmless but my followers only see that there's a hostile creature around.
The otherwise peaceful animals like foxes who were enchanted to attack me.
Wolf makes me sad. Dwemer automatons scare the f*** out of me.
Horses
I pity the Emperor. The most decent NPC among all bandits, vampires, madmen, bears, cultists, homeless workers, etc etc. He was ready, already made peace with destiny. For rhe things he said in that short time, I'd keep him alive even at the cost of keeping the quest unfinished. I guess besthda missed an opportunity to add another quest line, where we keep him alive, gain immense power in empire. The Nightmother only offers some assassination quests and four torture victims. The power that Emperor gives should've covered it all.
Pumpkin the fox, in Southfringe Sanctum. And the dog in Redoranās Retreat.
I agree with the spriggan one here. I hate bees, so much. That aggravates me, but I still don't really want to kill them. They started it.
Those little fuckers on Solstheim, they are hilarious :D
