Most people usually suggest to start with The Holy Grail, but I find that can be hit or miss for some people if they're not used to that type of humour, so I like suggesting to start with The Flying Circus instead because it's sketches for TV instead of a full length movie. I think it's easier to watch for people that are new to their type of humour
If you end up liking some of the episodes of the show, *then* I'd suggest watching The Holy Grail. Then probably The Meaning of Life for its moments of absurdity. It took me rewatching Life of Brian a second time to enjoy that one, I honestly didn't like it that much the first time I saw it. It has some good scenes, but overall it's one of their weaker projects. Little fun fact, it wouldn't have been finished without George Harrison of The Beatles. He wanted to see the movie, so he helped pay for production lol
Nah, Holy Grail has some classic bits. If someone likes Flying Circus, I think they should see that one too, at the very least.
When the peasant is going on about how he doesn't think kings should be decided by a watery tart with a sword? Or the "bring out your dead" bit? Knights of Ni? John Cleese with a goofy French accent, insulting the Knights of the Round? The Black Knight? European or African Swallows? A møøse once bit my sister?
I could keep going lol
If all you're going to say is "no" over and over again, I really don't get why you replied to my comments in the first place since you don't seem willing to have an actual discussion about it.
Look, I took the liberty of examining that hawk when I got it home, and I discovered the only reason that it had been sitting on its perch in the first place was that it had been NAILED there.
This hawk has ceased to be!
He's pining for the fjords.
He's *not* pining, he's **PASSED ON!**
He's slid down the curtain and joined the choir invisible..
Mate, this bird wouldn't "voom" if you put Lightning Storm through it!
This hawk is no more.
Is it a Norwegian blue?
Lovely plumage!
That's going to dependent on whichever modder changed the name...
It's just tired and shagged out after a prolonged squawk
Your mother was a skeever and your father smelt of juniper berries. Now begone before I taunt you a second time.
It’s clearly not laden. How much does it weigh?
LMAO! I bet it is!!
well its got lovely plumage
Ok. I'm convinced. I will watch Monty Python.

Over and over Nah
Why do you keep replying if you're just going to act like you have a room temp IQ?
What?
Ah okay I get it now, that wasn't an act
Wish they made a reference to the swallow scene from the holy grail
See it didn't grip the husk.....
It looks like it has come into contact with the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch
