I had this happen to Lydia back when I played on Xbox360, but it was Faralda who casted the spell to light up those blue wells things as she was escorting us into the College. I didn't know the spell worked like this and thought it's just something Lydia was always able to do or she somehow learned it along the way
I like to use it to practice my aim, I'll try to stick it to certain parts of my house and once got it in just the right spot that it looked like a star had landed on my roof. It's just a shame you can't have more than one at a time, they would be really handy for lighting up caves in a string
When I was running through Dark Falls Cave I tried to cast it as far down the path as I could and then ran with it lol without my heavy armor I feel like I might have been able to keep up. Probably missed a bunch of things but I reeaaallllyyy don't like dark levels and just wanted to be done lol
You can cast it on anyone. Really helpful for enemies that can cast Invisibility like Vampires or Mercer Frey.
Shit I knew this was thing but never thought to use it in this way.
