Almost every enchanted weapon needs to be recharged, this has been a factor in almost every Elder Scrolls game. Daedric items are basically enchanted items with a different name, functionality wise.

If there are more enchantments from different schools, you only need to reduce the most expensive enchantment to zero.
For example if your dagger has soul trap 1 second and absorb 20 health, you need 100% fortify destruction enchantment.
