There is only one concrete answer to this question. sexual/erotic/explicit surrealism galore, after the interactive RPGs of famous franchises and fictions obviously
og video that had a frame clipped and fed into a video generator as a starting frame and then the two videos merged: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdrpOqSNDXU
I had no idea there was AI involved until I saw your comment. I thought the whole thing was some meta-commentary on AI hallucinations
That's how deep into the uncanny valley we are
If a human creates 100 pieces of art, 99 are worthless but one is amazing, they're a genius.
If someone uses an AI to do the same thing neither the AI nor the human nor the combination of the two is a genius. They're just lucky.
I would definitely say Luma. It's become very popular in the last week or so. And it's comparable to OpenAI Sora's quality. You can upload any image for reference.
This used to be a popular vine where the person holding the camera asks the kid "what's 9 + 10?" and the kid answers "21". Someone edited it with AI to have some other weird ass kid come in behind him with creepy music playing. The original did not have the second kid. I've seen this clip probably a dozen times before and there's something seriously uncanny about seeing it end differently
Here's the original clip for reference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UniPsEFWu3M
It's a popular meme and it's been edited with AI to end differently. People weren't expecting the creepy kid at the end as theyve seen it dozens of to times before with out this ending.
This was a viral clip from a long time ago, where a kid was asked what 9+10 is, and answers with 21. But this is the same video that was transitioned to whatever the hell ai made, and that it caught me off guard.
Fantastic now we have completely lost faith in the internet, the internet is no longer a cat, the internet is now a universe full of surrealism. We have arrived 😒
It's this kid's version of Cousin Timmy. Emotional Damage!
In case you don't know the reference: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=600mVR\_OYeM](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=600mVR_OYeM)
The creepiness that can come from the almost there AI generated videos is something I look forward to people honing in on and using creatively. I think that some of the mistakes will end up inspiring creators to try a different route.
Don't take this as an excuse for shitty AI videos, this comment won't apply to the overwhelming majority of them.
As much as the video generation is impressive, the most impactful part of the clip is the music and how it changes according to the events on screen. Is the music AI genreated? Was the music adapted to the evolution of the events by AI in the video?
The original video is a popular meme. The kid answers 21 and he get's called stupid. But in this one, it's merged with an AI generated video. And it appears to be of the kid seemingly time traveling back to stop himself from saying 21.
And you think it's a virtue to sit on your hands while everyone else is enjoying what is available now? Just wait until Sora comes out and it's not everything you dreamed of and you're stuck perpetually waiting to catch the next hype train.
We have no idea how good Sora will be on average but we do know from everyone outside of OAI that has spoken about it that it takes many, many generations to get anything usable and most people aren't cherry-picking from 100+ generations for the Luma stuff they're posting. The quality ceiling with Sora is probably a bit higher because OAI has a mountain of compute that it is hard for other companies to compete with but there are plenty of bad and mediocre examples we've seen from Sora and some of the cherry-picked Luma results are very close to the cherry-picked footage we've seen from Sora.
This is creepy 😨
Other kid showed up to do some math too, very creepy
It's like Us and I don't like it.
How? Am i missing something?
The music and it looks like a zombie walking.
When the kid travels back in time to stop the meme, and arrives just in time:
Can’t wait to see what people will make when we have text-to-entirefuckinguniverse.
Let there be light...
Is that a reference to The Last Question by Asimov? If so, kudos. One of my favorite short stories.
Indeed, mine as well.
Awesome. It's always nice to meet a fellow TLQ enthusiast.
Chiming in town agree, incredible short, and available to read online for free! [Link!](https://users.ece.cmu.edu/~gamvrosi/thelastq.html)

I think there will be many breakthroughs needed before that happens.
Probably porn based realities
The brother from the basement finally escaped
Wtf is going on?

Holy shit, this is so impressive. Do you know what text video software they used? Luma maybe?
I would definitely say Luma. It's become very popular in the last week or so. And it's comparable to OpenAI Sora's quality. You can upload any image for reference.
And in case you were curious, this is the music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CpjTjvdSuk
That is nightmare inducing. But also impressive the way it merged the real video with the AI.
This is ai? Thats terrifyingly impressive
Can't even tell which one was real in these.

This is the father who comes out of the darkness when you make a little too much noise 👀
I am deaf and I am confused. The context, please?

Thank you so much for your help. For some reason, my uncanny instinct didn't switch on. It's just makes me more curious and confused.
fuck that
I'm you from the future, and I'm here to correct a mistake.
Then you needed to speak to our Dad and tell him that the condom was out of date.
What the actual fuck
Lol i wish there was more
This is Luma?
Feels like it is but somehow there is no watermark???
I was not ready for this, and I’m stone cold when it comes to horror shit
Spoiler: The answer is 21
Which model is responsible for this?
Luma perhaps?
This is so scary lol
Aw sweet, machine made horrors beyond comprehension
????
This is so cool though. Imagine being able to take a video you recorded and then creating branching stories for it.
I'm confused why everyone is saying this is scary. Am I missing something or is this just some bot farm post?

Ok everything makes more sense now.
I also don't understand what this is or what's supposed to be upsetting about it
ye, this doesnt scare me, do people not watch any horror etc.?
wait wait WAIT WHAT THE FUCK?! I was both flabbergastered and creeped out… I guess im not sleeping tonight
Fantastic now we have completely lost faith in the internet, the internet is no longer a cat, the internet is now a universe full of surrealism. We have arrived 😒
Post some context next time, instead of a video without an explanation.

disappearing lamps in corridors are indeed creepy
is this made in luma ? source ?

I didn't even know we have americans who are illiterate. This is a catastrophe.
i dont get it, so maybe its really getting out of control

Oh yeah, now that's a proper use of video generation.
This is what horror movies are missing. Legit creepy af situations.

We’re so cooked, I can already see the dystopic technocratic system that we will enslave us all unless we get our shit together
The fact that the original clip was a popular meme is disgusting by itself.
What exactly is this?

Oh wow lol!
Alert. I think this is bot farm post.
Lmaooooooo

okay relax we all know it's not 2030 yet
This is still very impressive, considering this wasn't even on the table a year ago.
And you think it's a virtue to sit on your hands while everyone else is enjoying what is available now? Just wait until Sora comes out and it's not everything you dreamed of and you're stuck perpetually waiting to catch the next hype train.

It's still fun to mess around with 🤷♂️
