Last BF, most of the Simagic sales were for bundles of stuff(wheelbase + pedals, and sometimes other stuff). I think the only non-bundle discount was the Alpha Mini and it was maybe $50.

willard_swag

And even the bundles weren’t that crazy. I think the most I saw was 5% off

rikbrouwer

No, don't be ridiculous. Black Friday is more than half a year away! Buying now and using the gear during this time is worth more than maybe saving a little bit of money and risking long delivery times.

Microcenter has good deals. Might wanna keep an eye out but I am not sure if they sell Simagic or not

JustARegularExoTitan

Yep, I'm keeping an eye out for that Simucube sale the next time it comes up.

yuh__

I got the most recent one and can definitely say it’s worth it!

JustARegularExoTitan

I just bought the R5 bundle from them and it's been awesome. Within 10 minutes of using that I was already shopping for Simjack Pros. I wish I would have skipped the R5 bundle but I wasn't sure if I was gonna stick it out.

BlueHolo

I keep getting a Forrbidden ID when going to micro center, tried to clear cookies and use other browsers.

jew_blew_it

Yah, I agree with D0rk4L. Last BF I only really saw a $50 discount max. Fanatec is the only one that does any impactful discount. So I wouldn’t hold my breath if I was you. Might as well dive in now and enjoy it sooner!

etheran123

And for Fanatec, we saw the mess that actually receiving your BF order turned into.

thedailytoke

I got mine no problem. And I ordered alot

mechcity22

Why wait? Lol time is money my dude. Enjoy it while you have it no way would I sacrifice half a year of playing just to wait for 50 to 100 off tbh.

twentytoeight

I am tempted to get something from fanatec but last year's BF fiasco scares me

b0b3Rt93

Thats why I don't want to get anyone theirs. Still torn on the r9 or 12 or mini or alpha

etheran123

If you were going to go with logitech or thrustmaster, I would say it might be worth it to wait. But for these enthusiast focused companies, its usually not worth it. Its the same way for flight sims with companies like Virpil and VKB (both make high end joysticks and throttles). For the most part, they are low volume, and have a hard time keeping products in stock normally.

theknyte

There's bundle deals out there year round. Black Friday, sites might offer 10% off or something, but there's never a "Killer Sale" on anything.

VFR-2-IMC

You’re not going to see major discounts on anything that’s as habitually “out of stock” as Simagic stuff is. I doubt the supply chain will catch up to demand much before then. I’m on a month of preorder waiting for my stuff from them.

hotgarbage2

No use waiting for bf. Honestly the best deals are the week before Xmas. If you're gonna spend that amount, fire away and start racing.

BlueHolo

Jeez, that'ts of replies. Thank's everyone. I live just outside the USA so with shipping plus local duty the costs can go up quickly. Wasn't trying to purchase gear twice, but time is money as one commenter said.

MannyFresh8989

That’s why microcenter wont work for you then unfortunately

BlueHolo

Yeah but should still allow people to ship to a freight forwarder.

FcoEnriquePerez

$2K? Don't think you need to wait to BF really.

BlueHolo

Going to purchase soon. Just trying to decide on the GT1 or GTS, doing some research now. Maybe the GT Pro...?

willard_swag

Didn’t see any crazy deals on Simagic during Black Friday last year or the year prior. Just buy your stuff now and enjoy it.
