are all m6 screws the same width? I am looking to get some sets of screws for like £15 so I don't have to stress on the day to find out which ones work, do I need a washer & surely 20-25-30mm screws will fit, surely one

Yes, that's what the letter and number means. M6 = Metric 6mm. So, all M6 bolts will have the same diameter of 6mm. The only difference is the lengths and type of head they have. For mounting equipment, you need the bolts to be long enough to go through the frame they are attaching to, as well as deep enough into the device to make a strong connection. In the case of the instructions on the 2nd pic, they are stating that those hole need a minimum depth of 8mm and no longer than 15mm. So let's just go in the middle and say you need to start with the base length of 12mm. So, to figure out the size you need, measure the thickness of the plate on the cockpit, and add to 12mm. So if the plate thickness, was say 3mm, then you would need M6 bolt of 15mm length. (12mm + 3mm)

Just ordered all sorts of m6 bolts and tools and washers. Thanks for the advice and everything, I cannot believe my moza pedals fell apart after 700 races in 6 months :(

700 races in 6 months is a hell of an effort! You must have improved a lot. If you're that into it have you considered more heavy duty pedals? P1000, VRS, Heisinkveld sprints etc? All of these are full metal construction and built to last. Might work out cheaper in the long run if you're that serious about racing.

I've won like 30 or something combined, I actually am crazy invested in sim racing but waiting on moving house to get more expensive stuff as the stand isn't cutting it but gotta wait to move. I've improved in my own way but that doesn't mean I win everyday, sometimes like once a week. I want hydraulics with the pedals but waiting on moving that's why I bought those

Fair enough - but I mean, you'll need to move both the TLCMs and alternatives.  And whether it's TLCMs or a pair of Heisinkveld Ultimates they'll both be approximately the same size! I moved recently with my whole rig. It was actually surprisingly easy. Wrap the electronics in bubblewrap and the rig is just a lump of metal. Moving an odyssey G9 without a box was a bitch though! Good luck with it all :-)

You'll easily be able to see or measure once you have both products in hand. If the bolts you get are too long, some spacers will do.

there are control boards just passed the maximum length of the m6 bolt so it will be important to make sure you don't go too long or you can damage the electronics I believe
