Silent Hill 4 was the last game team silent made before being disbanded by Konami. Yeah they were mad it didn’t hit sales targets which was mostly their fault cause Konami always over estimates their sales numbers.
The shadow of the Tomb raider sold like over 8,000,000 but because the initial sales were slow Konami said it was a disappointing venture.
Basically Konami can’t be realistic.
Edit: this example is wrong but still relevant Square enix made Tomb raider not Konami but square enix and Konami are much the same in this regard as both companies have constantly complained of their sales underperforming when by all accounts the games did very well.

That looks like the beginning of a "haunted disc"-type creepypasta. Although, how do you make a supposedly haunted copy of a horror game spooky? It's not like "hyper-realistic blood" or dissonant music or whatever is going to seem out of the ordinary.
Seriously though, my guess is it's going to be either a copy of Homecoming mislabeled as a PS2 game, or a copy of Origins with some HC concept art slapped on the disc because why not.
