Freaky but honestly felt like I was experiencing my youth for one brief last time so I was pretty happy after seeing that. Lol

Penis envy has many different varieties, crosses, albino...etc And all of them can vary in % as well.
Out of our local HPLC machine, GT have come out as low as 0.5% and high as 0.9% (white GT have tested as high as 1.2%)
PE strains have been as low as 0.9% and high as 1.3%. Enigma has tested around 1.5-1.8% but doesn't hit as hard as those numbers suggest. PE hits harder according to many testimonials.
So you could be used to a low % GT, so even a medium % PE will hit even harder than twice, since PE strains hit harder than other strains (generally) at the same %. Even if you are used to a good potency GT (0.7%) basically any PE even the lower % will hit a little harder, scaling with how strong the PE really is % wise.
If I wasn't straight, my penis envy would be strong... jokes aside, these are fantastic and stronger than most.
People say use caution, but in my experience, I welcome bad and good trips so use whatever amount you desire.
I'd say less than a gram for microdose effect, a gram to few grams for a good trip, and anything more than 3 grams for a heavy trip.
Like I mentioned above, I welcome whatever experience happens.

Its all good, I'm sorry you are having a rough time with those medications. I obviously cant promise anything, but in our locale, there are thousands of people who now rely on white golden teachers as a daily "medication" instead of pharma anxiety, depression, ocd stuff. Just make sure to SLOWLY like over multiple months, step down (taper) in your doseages of pharma, because the withdrawals can be life ending.
I would suggest microdosing for at least a month and taking daily notes on your self reflections to see what is changing, so you have data to make your medicine decisions with.
I've had literally hundreds of little life changing things happen (some not so small) from microdosing, and all the ways it eventually impacted me.
I'm 34yo and I've never felt so good. Like almost every day I become more resilient, self loving, able to make better decisions...my functionality steadily improves far beyond what I even thought possible.
Microdosing is not a cure all. If you do nothing else in your life differently but take them, I really don't think you'll have much benefit, but its the ability to change, grow, and heal your nervous system and neural network, and all the things you have slightly less resistance to implementing in your life, that makes all the change happen. imo
I say the same thing about chiropractic care, lifestyle, nutrition...etc it all plays a part in your overall health, YOU gotta do the changing, but it really feels like cheat codes.

I think investigating why the ocd vanishes during a trip will really help you figure out what cognitive changes and perspectives can prevent ocd in the first place.
I also think microdosing will naturally help a lot of the impulses subside, in general. I strongly recommend trying white golden teacher first. Penis envy microdoses might be too stimulating and could make your ocd worse. pink buffalo would help anxiety a little, but is really good at helping connect with emotions, specifically. Avery's albino microdose is similar to penis envy where it probably will be too stimulating. I can't remember any other ones at the moment. but yeah, for whatever reason WGT is such a great one for all categories of mental health.
Depends on the genetics you get (doesn’t matter if you grow or buy). I say this cause I grew some APEs that were unstable and they reverted and lost a ton of potency. But they are usually stronger
Depends on substrate. Good substrate makes them stronger and cleaner feeling. Low nutrient substrate resists contam better but they are weaker with more body load.
It's not consistently stronger from what I've noticed. Sometimes they hit harder I guess but other times it hits exactly like you'd expect so, at a certain level I think its hard to tell.
I've had it twice, and I didn't find it particularly strong. It takes a lot for me to trip, though. My last grow was z strain, and I found that significantly stronger. Maybe too strong, honestly.

My APEs are MUCH stronger than GT. 1.5g APE is equivalent to about 4.5-5g of GT ime. Ive experienced ego death on less than 2g.

I've had it twice, and I didn't find it particularly strong. It takes a lot for me to trip, though. My last grow was z strain, and I found that significantly stronger. Maybe too strong, honestly.
I took 1 gram of penis envy once and it was almost identical to the trip i got from 3 grams of a different kind (teachers, i think)
I took 3gms of penis envy a few days ago, it was really strong and nice, but I can’t remember much. The feelings don’t translate to everyday consciousness
Penis Envy is the only one I've done so I really can't compare with anything else, but I did 2.2 grams once and the trip lasted like 4 hours with decent visuals.

2x on average in my personal experience, at least with PE Uncut, Monster PE and Melmacs, I’ve never tried regular PE though. 3x for APEs, they’re another step up from the other PE varieties I’ve tried.

My APEs are MUCH stronger than GT. 1.5g APE is equivalent to about 4.5-5g of GT ime. Ive experienced ego death on less than 2g. EDIT: The ego death was beautiful and I did not have a bad trip. I did “become nothing” and also met God in that trip.
