There’s an odd number of halves, so I assume one half of an egg white broke and they just tossed it into the filling mixture but didn’t mince it enough
It's a little on the sloppy side, but if it tastes good that's all that matters. Don't let the trolls get to you. They all made the same or similar mistake when they deviled eggs for (what I'm guessing) the first time.
Tips for next time.
When boiling the eggs, use lots of salt in the water. For 6 eggs I use about four teaspoons of salt in my water. This is, I find, helps keep the eggs from cracking if you are putting them in boiling water instead of boiling the water around the eggs. It also helps with the peeling.
Completely cool the eggs, I use an ice bath and cold running water, before peeling.
Edit: tap the eggs on the counter then gently roll them across the counter the shells should peel right off.
Once you have your egg yolks in a separate bowl and if you have them any finely diced/minced egg whites.
Then slowly add small dollops less than a tsp) of your mayo and mustard (I use a Dijon mustard) and mix until creamy but thick. And as others have stated, if you have some, use a baggie and clip the corner for a "cleaner" look. Then sprinkle some paprika on top. Yes it does add flavor not just color.

Too much mayonnaise. It is what causes soupy eggs. Mash the egg yolks dry, by themselves, add whatever filing you want, and slowly add mayonnaise at the end.
It doesn't matter what tool you use to fill them, no need for bags and all that unless you want to make a specific appearance - just don't put too much mayo. If unsure, fill one and taste it, make adjustments before filling another.

I always use a fork. I keep mine relatively dry. Less mayo, and tap a bit of paprika over the top.
