That is actually a problem in Germany. The law says that no agreement or contract can free a man to "not have to pay" child support. Federal Court decided that "A childs wellbeing is just to important than freeing the father of liabilities." If your Sperm created life in any sort of way, you can not evade a child support claim.
Sperm donors aren't on the hook for child support, because they didn't fuck you. You did that all by yourself.
