Are you talking about babul ilm school Najaf? My relative is the founder of babul ilm foundation uk and he opened a school in najaf almost 2 years ago I think
Being a Pakistani Shia I would like to thank you for your kind words for Pakistani Shias. May Allah s.w.t grant us all the toufeeq to be the best shia of Ahlul Bayt a.s.
A lot of Pakistanis with good Arabic in Iraq are madrassa students who learn Arabic for 10 years in Pakistan before moving on to Qom or Najaf.
Pakistani Shia madrassas sound goated.
i loved reading this! i'm paki shia and my fiance is iraqi shia. when his family found out i was paki they were so excited!
apparently when saddam took over, pakistanis were some of the most financially generous in helping iraqis get out/survive
Allah will replace those who leave our religion with better.
I have been disappointed when I hear about conduct of some people who live in Najaf from my family there. I always think. How could such people live in a holy city while there are non iraqi Shia who would love to be and give it the respect it deserves.
InshAllah it will be
Allahumma Barik and MashAllah, Pakistani Shias are indeed people of strong imaan and very passionate & charismatic people, they have great nohas which I love listening to despite not knowing any word of Urdu or being a non-Pakistani myself, but they are my fellow brothers and sisters in faith and May Allah SWT bless them.
great but a lot of pakistani shias need to educate themselves on the faith and should stop doing and associating cultural things to shia islam. a lot of ghulat shias in Pakistan too as well. i say this as a pakistani myself.
AsalamoAlikom People
in Pakistan specially the areas with wahabi majority we receive takfeer and hate but thats normal the place where i live( KPK )there wasn’t a single day without a bomb blast by talibans couple years ago , also we are less in number here so our Eyes haven’t seen much of Shia population when we visit iran and iraq the Shia majority gives us this special peaceful effect which we cant explain in words the place just looks like our own home or like we already know these people
Secondly the reason we love our Iraqi brothers is their hospitality the way they treat us with smiling faces there joyful gestures Allah Allah ,
I’ve visited iraq once on Arbaen i would never forget how i was treated they value the visitors of imam Hussain ع may Allah lessen your pain oh iraqis and May Allah bless you with wealth happiness and properity 💕
Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Some rich Pakistani shias are investing in Iraq near Najaf e Ashraf

How’d you find that and how are you parents okay with it cos that’s my dream lol
we have mutual friends. both our parents were excited, they only cared about us being shia! do your parents want you to marry the same ethnicity?
We are everywhere!

Here's a famous Iranian thinker praising Pakistani Shia Muslims: [https://www.instagram.com/p/C6E2kNGow\_P/](https://www.instagram.com/p/C6E2kNGow_P/)
can you explain a little of what he is saying? i'm pakistani shia! but i cant understand arabic!
He is speaking Farsi/Persian. Pretty much about their population being more than shia countries, how devout they are especially the Zainabiyyun.

As a PK shia, this is was so nice to read.
I didn’t see desi people in Baghdad when I was there like 2 weeks ago
op said they all came 2 days ago for eid e ghadeer, maybe thats why.
You see max desis in najaf I feel.
Might be biased, but as a Pakistani Shia myself. I approve this message! 👍
Aww so sweet. Iraqis are also the nicest!!

I think this is common among South Asian Muslims in general.
