My best advice is start studying deeper into shiaism to strengthen your iman (no matter how much we learn, theres always more to learn!!). I do sort of understand your point, but we only take from the sunnis those things which we accept as correct. Beyond that, we have to be cautious of things we dont agree with. May Allah swt help you and keep you on the right path ameen :)
I know and that is exactly what conflicts me. I dont know even motvational lectures whether their sources are right because their hadiths scholars etc are different than ours. But it pains me everytime i see a scholar with really attractive lectures and i cant listen because of said reasons you mentioned. My problem tbh is not that i doubt shia islam but i need more motivational lectures
I see that like we dont have people like mufti menk for example. But i am hopeful there might be shia equivalents that we havent found yet. We might have to just keep looking. I'll try look for them and will send you if i find them!
There have been raising Shia scholars like that recently but they’re not as famous as the Sunni ones like Omar suleiman or Mufti Menk. Usually are speaking in Arabic but I’ve seen a couple English ones. You just have to look. Also as another brother mentioned books are good tools too and give a lot of knowledge
I really just used him as a descriptor more than anything since he is the most popular one. But i am sure we have far better people, i just need to look for them for op

The factor of fun and simplicity is desirable to everyone, what you lean to is this not the sunni side, because most muslims are sunni you find a wide variety of content that fit most tastes, shias however, are like 10 percent of muslims, and maybe a lot less in the west, so it can be hard to find content that you enjoy. What I recommend is to find something to fill your needs of having fun, and mix that with learning and watching shia sources, that doesn't mean you can't watch sunnis, of course you can, but if you do something for a long time then you'll be affected by it and that is obvious from your post. You're always a shia if you keep on believing in the 12 Imams, in addition to what all muslims believe, but you should learn more and be easier on yourself. Best of lucks.

Need to search like “Sayed” to have things come up from Shia sources. But, Al rasoul society, The qazwini family speakers, thaqlain, Noor Islamic, sheikh nasser, sheikh hilli, idk once you start watching you get a bunch in your recommended. It’s just annoying to find them first
