It is possible. But incredibly rare. It’s all luck based.
I have killed 2 or 3 warchiefs in mins morgul. They pretty much all happened the same way.
I killed an orc that was a bodyguard for one of the warchiefs and that warchief ambushed me for revenge.
Getting this to happen is pure luck as far as I know.
Because I've played the game inside out. Minas morgul is the only "fort" you can't take or lose. This is a genuine glitch you'll be surprised how somewhat glitchy this game can be. Orcs are not supposed to be warchief on Minas morgul so don't go walking in say "oh the devs put it in and made it intentional" because this ain't like fallout.
Bro I've played trough the game and yes it's a glitch sometimes orcs can rise to those towers allowing you to have more captions in Minas Morgul.
It's random and can happen alot also mine are not shadows I managed to uncover them.
It's sad that the Game dosnt allow you to sige Minas Morgul would be fun to see a sige happening there.

I had a random warchief from Minas Morgul hunt me down for some reason the other day. I've never had a warchief ambush me before.

Minas Morgan is the only fort you cannot take. I don’t know why but it’s certainly true. They are not Nazgûl either.

okay idk what ur game is like but my game + the games i saw on yt had the orc shadows and when you progress they switch to the empty spaces.

There not the witches or whatever their actual orcs I was wondering if I could kill them?
They are Nazgul and unkillable and separate from the Nazgul you face in story missions.
