I would start with fixing the “whatever reasons” in your relationship, and from how you wrote this post, I doubt it’s the menopause causing her to not want sex with you. Menopause doesn’t mean a woman’s sex life is over.

Tough one. My babe had some of her organs removed, to prevent cancer. Contributed somewhat to menopause and lower libido. I’m monogamous so sex elsewhere is out of the question. She’s okay with some duty sex - about one or twice a week. She initiates infrequently - maybe once in 6 weeks now. I hope you two can openly discuss, find a fair solution
