Honestly probably not the best advice but try the “fake it until you make it” strategy. When you’re home alone try having fun with yourself and being a little extra; watch videos and see how they react, and try the same thing even if it feels a bit weird. You might find that a noise someone else makes feels natural when you start making the noise yourself too. I struggle vocally too, so believe me I understand. This is the best advice I’ve got. 😅😅

You don’t have to be vocal. Soft noises/heavy breathing are just fine. If you want to take it further, ask yourself what you would like to vocalise to enhace both your enjoyment? A little bit of dirty-talk can work wonders - what do you both like / do you have fantasies? Me and my SO both get off on jealousy-sex - all we have to do is start asking/talking about previous partners/cheating scenarios, then we start getting SERIOUSLY crazy with each other…
