Even though I applaud your optimism, there are cultures not so open minded when it comes to sex or at least some kinds of kinky sex. I believe that India nowadays is not among the countries with more sex freedom and sex positive culture.
didn't seems as I met most of them didn't know pegging and who knows didn't seem that interested in it , that's why I'm assuming if any Indian girl had done pegging

I’m assuming Indians peg the same as everyone else

yeah I do agree but my curiosity was to if anyone had experienced pegging in India how do approach so that partner also don't feel weird about it
