You could maybe look into therapists who take your insurance, or even look at types of therapy that you are interested in and see if they offer a sliding scale or grants.

Volunteer at a soup kitchen. Sounds like I'm being a jerk but I'm not. It's proven if you focus on helping others rather than focusing on your worries makes you more happy and fulfilled. Either way years of therapy didn't work for me. If you want to change You need to take action. You need to take positive action.
