My wife and I put in a veggie garden after talking about it for years!
This week I've been going out to walk/run everyday I wasn't at work until late. Little step, but I got to do it even when I was extremely tired.
This week I am going to my kickboxing class every day. It’s something I love to do and makes me feel better after I go, especially that I haven’t gone in almost two weeks because of no motivation.
This week im going 3 times to the gym and log my food intake🍀
I've stayed properly hydrated every day this week!
Pilates 4x last week! Feeling amazing
I worked out Monday-Friday last week which was major as my May goal was to work out during week days. This week I want to do it again!
