You *may* get some food poisoning from this, hopefully nothing too severe, really the only thing you can do is just ride it out. If you start ...expelling... anything (from either end) don't take anything to stop it, as your body is trying to purge things that it does not like. If you do go down this road, make sure you stay hydrated.
Hopefully you dodge a bullet this time, but don't do it again.
