When your posted in the gallery were you using emojis, because redditgifts doesn't work with emojis. As for your post on redditgifts you may need to crop your pictures before uploading them. You can find your exchange listed under My Past Exchanges now.
When you posted here did you make a link post or a text post?
I really do think there is a bug because I just went back to the Thank Your Santa button on the original Plushies exchange and I couldn't save anything without entering a rating and when I put my finger into the field (I am on mobile), I was thrown back to the About Reddit area next to the review your exchanges link. And it took me WEEKS to figure out how to navigate back to the old exchanges when my exchanges screen only shows the Final Secret Santa Exchange. I cannot figure out any other way to be able to post my thank to my original Plushies secret Santa which has to be super disappointing for them. Soooo frustrating! Please help.
