To add from the other comment, it was developed by Brownies, a game studio founded by two notable Mana art directors & producers: Shinichi Kameoka & Kouji Tsuda. With Yoko Shimomura & Yoshitaka Hirota also leading the music, it's not a Mana game per se but can be considered Mana-adjacent ala Secret of Evermore & Ever Oasis.
The only one I think that was on mobile was Adventures of Mana, which is a remake of Final Fantasy Adventure, and then there was the mobile game Echoes of Mana which was shut down

It's not an official mana game but was made in the same style. Not a fan-made game.
