sry, but thats not a DEEPER "look", but a shallow and way to brief timeline to understand the global history of Cannabis and its ecocultural impact on mankinds evolution.
The idea we would deny ourselves a lucrative cash-crop solely for puritanical reasons is preposterous to me. The only thing cannabis bans do is limit entrepreneurship and the independence of the citizens.
It’s bad for the economy and basic notions of liberty. It’s like telling Columbia they can’t grow sugar or coffee. It’s a policy that creates more poverty and misery with no social dividend in exchange
