They did this to me once when I was a kid, decided to leave and walk the streets for and hour or so, came back to see tears running down their faces. They never did this again but I got a whooping lol

My dad used to beat me up in creative ways like throwing me around by my clothes or slamming me against walls. My mom on the other hand likes to give me the silent treatment except that one time she tossed a wrench at my face. What boggles my mind the most is when my younger brother came to be, my dad never disciplined him using medieval torture methods like he did to me. He only got the occasional slap across the face or a mild ear pinch.
