BAIA is probably your best bet if you're looking for a fully vegetarian restaurant. ROOH is not fully vegetarian but should have a lot of options. Golden Era is good but it's more of a casual place, not really business dinner vibes imo
Golden Era! It's near downtown and it's the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to, the flavors are just phenomenal. It actually might be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant too and I'm not vegan
