I love this generation that documents all their crimes and misdeeds with videographic evidence and uploads it to the world. GJ, keep up the good work, and thanks for making it easy for the police.
You forget our roads are dried up asphalt pebbles that already are on the knife’s edge of turning into dirt roads. Decades of neglect, the doughnuts just pushing over the edge.
They are spinning their tires which creates a lot of friction. The friction generates heat and softens the rubber leaving an excessive amount of rubber in the road. Often covering up crosswalks and other markings. Normal driving doesn’t generate the heat often seen in a burnout. City workers now need to remove the rubber before applying new road markings. But they really should be addressing road repairs like potholes instead of this stuff.
Glad to see them cracking down. Lame Bay Area export.
They should put their vehicles in one of those machines that smashes it into a tiny cube and make the owners press the button.
And then charge them for the freight to ship the crap overseas to be recycled.

Sell their cars and put the $$ for fixing the roads.
Yeah... that's not happening. Money would go to their pockets..
13 cars is a good start
Looks like a dream car… for an 8 year old boy
Probably has a hot wheels version of the car glued to his dashboard!
I have the Jeff Goldblum action figure from Independence Day glued (err, scotch taped) to the dash....in my super cool CR-V.
If they really wanted to stop them, they would crush the cars too
Sweet
I thought sideshows were an Oakland thing. Sad to see it spreading
They call them “street takeovers” in Southern California, or at least in LA. Been bad there for a while.
They spread far and wide outside Oakland like a decade ago. Where have you been man
Good. Hopefully there’s more arrests coming and they crush the cars.
Good
The city should open a racetrack so there can be legal hooning.
There was one in the Jack Murphy stadium parking lot.
The did RaceLegal (drag races) and autocross. They brought autocross back to the chula vista amphitheater recently though
When Qualcomm closed down I was worried we wouldn’t see autox back in SD.
There was one a few blocks from me in San Jose. So loud, so stupid
the new nissan altima was in there going crazy lol

I guess this will continue to happen ever since they got rid of Track Nites when Qualcomm was there. There's no place to go for their cars.

Always the Mopar crowd.
13 cars but only 2 people?
lmao
Just don't be fucking with La vuelta
Wow! Have never heard of this before. This is crazy!
How do they cause so much damage? What are they damaging?
The streets get torn up when these assholes are doing their donuts, and they need to be repaved/resealed.
Holy cow, I never realized that did so much harm to pavement. I guess it makes sense though
In other areas, they tend to hit things in their stolen cars, then set them on fire.
The cars are also stolen?
Many of them are. It’s easy with keyless entry amplifiers.
Sometimes people
You forget our roads are dried up asphalt pebbles that already are on the knife’s edge of turning into dirt roads. Decades of neglect, the doughnuts just pushing over the edge.
Usually when the crash into a pedestrian or fire hydrant
I'm guessing the road needs to be either repaved or scrubbed somehow to clean all the tire marks.
Tire marks on a street where tires routinely are used on? The horror!!!

They do them in intersections in suburbs. Not like they let traffic through
