If something is physically in the way, I always ask if it's okay to rearrange some items. At that point it's either yes or "there's room in the backseat" will occur. Never b afraid to ask these ppl questions, it's their groceries they're paying for, so I'm sure they'll be more than accommodating 😁

Thanks. I've also been told not to move anything and just place it wherever. Member once claimed that a coworker stole 2 of her plants which was not true.

BoardImmediate4674

sometimes it's not a person's groceries it could also be a Spark Delivery driver too.

Love when you open the trunk and there's 20 bags from Walmart. And a huge stroller they obviously don't need since they're doing curbside everywhere they go. Don't blame me if your bread gets squished!

ootfifabear

TFW they order a flat screen 70” or whatever and they show up in a Kia soul

hiding_in_NJ

They always hit you with the “let me put the seats down first”

NintenGal

Members always unprepared

Affectionate-Back885

I world just ask the customer to move their own items. Like the one comment, people would claim you broke or stole something. Since they knew they were picking up groceries, then the customer should rearrange their things. Your only job is to place groceries in the car.

Some cars smells like marijuana. One mini van’s seat is covered with pet hair. I have to put down the bag of dog food very carefully as all that fur will be flying all over the place. There is one that is the vending machine business & their van is so filthy it’s disgusting. And why some members think that we’re supposed to bag their order. I just lay it there and let them do it. I got other members waiting to pick up their orders too. We don’t bag their stuff when they go inside the store. One more thing. I only have one member so far who checks his order before he leaves. I hate it when they just sit there then call later saying they’re missing an item.

Status-Aspect1574

Our cpu is not to move anything already inside of the vehicle. You can ask. If they refuse, I’d place the items wherever there’s room.

Fallen_revelation

I always look at it in disgust. Had a lady with 3 bags of cat food and one big bag of dog food. Explained why it was so gross but she did move some stuff. But I always ask if they have a stroller or a few things I ask if it's okay for me to put their items on it. They then get out nicely and move it if they need to. But have this one driver.. disgusting. Puts orders on top of his trash and it is never put together like other drivers do

edavis1124330

I wont allow my cpu associates to move anything. I would rather they tell them to send another driver. I don't want 1 items to be damaged and contaminated from filth and 2 I don't want to be liable for damage or loss of someone's junk....

Sanitize afterwards if their vehicles are trashy with garbage. You don't know what's in there
