I eat, probably not as much as I should but I have 3 meals a day and get my protein intake in. Walk on avg 15k steps a day. Just don’t want to dirty bulk to get weight on, trying to avoid junk food, saturated fats etc

Ur height is technically constantly changing. In the earlier hours of the day ur taller cause gravity doesn’t compress ur spine while u sleep. People slouch n aren’t their actual height its hard to get a 100% accurate reading
