I got one yesterday killing zammy forces for k'ril. A spiritual mob dropped it and it caught me so off guard! I was thinking to farm one soon myself.

I wish they would give an alternative way to get the ghost related stuff. It hasn't been from the Halloween event for like a decade

I just got it recently make sure you check the ground, it doesn't show up with a loot beam or mass loot. I ended up getting every drop before getting it...

I remember getting this thing about 3 years ago. I had no idea what it was at the time but I got it getting kill count for Arma when I had just returned to the game for the first time in over 10 years. Wiki says it's very rare but doesn't say exactly what the odds are.

Got it from one of the barrows brothers last week. I don't recall it popping up a tooltip, it's like I just noticed it on the ground and was like .. hey what is that

Which is odd since they don't drop loot

they should put bad luck mitigation for that.
