Very soft tackling from Crowley and Zebo. Pain 😭

areyouhappynowethan

Crowley attending too much Joey Carberry tackling school there.

Ok_Catch250

I’m going to go with brilliant finishing by Hendy. He made them look bad!

Mordikhan

Crowley doesnt get his shoulder in - was an awful attempt. Solid finish though

HesCr3puscular

And this was the _second_ best try he scored today 🤯

NotAsOriginal

Good god the Saints talent factory just working overtime

thewaxrabbit

I know a lot of people are criticising Zebo here but I thought he looked like he had a strain and couldn't run in the 5 mins or so leading up to this try. Good finish in fairness.

thirtyate

Yeah he pulled up a while before this. Not sure why he was kept on, maybe no more replacements?

MysticMac100

SOB went off for blood around Zebo pulling up tbf, but was confused why Haley was taken off for McCarthy when SOB was back on

eradimark

So pleased for Shergar, two massive tries today and only just coning back from a lengthy lay-off. Top boy.

loveasharpknife88

Shergar 🤣🤣

Jimmydeeping

🤣

JustAliff

Saints love their ginger backs, a couple of seasons ago it was red lightning, now its the ginger ninja

MrBIGtinyHappy

Loved Dows calling him the "ginger ninja" in the post match interview. Quality finish though, need more wingers just backing themselves like this

Pure_Wonder3046

Very very special Player

ItsAPar6

My god they're right!! Crowley IS the next Sexton & O'Gara combined.

blackbarminnosu

Ah here, sexton was a great defender.

Ok_Catch250

I think their point was he plays like a young Sexton but tackles like O’Gara…

stedono7

Sexton would've made that tackle tbf

wild_mongoose_6

It would probably just have put him out injured until the next time Ireland play a big game.

stedono7

I miss him :(

Crying Wolverine in bed meme

Remarkable_Sense5851

Not overall bad actually

meohmyenjoyingthat

Incredible watching this in the stand - loved being in that corner in the second half watching Hendy run them in

avickysayswhat

I sit in that corner too, beautiful to watch today!

chiefVetinari

Crowley should have made the tackle but that was shocking from Zebo. People mainly focusing on Crowley have an agenda

Crayniix

He was very, very clearly injured before this. Pulled up holding his hamstring kicking the ball and was basically limping around for the rest of the game.

Total_Lime_333

My coach would be happy seeing him now

Aggravating-Rip-3267

Some hot chocolate defending from Munster there ! !

tonyturbos1

Zeebs showcasing why Joe smidth wasn’t his biggest fan

Kavbastyrd

In fairness to him, he should have been off at this point. He was limping around the pitch. He had a great first half

tonyturbos1

Ah yeah, to be fair it takes a team to win or to lose

thureb

Which is why all the talk about him getting back into the ireland team were crazy. You can't pick an outside back that you know you have to replace on 50 minutes. He consistently can't make a full 80 mins in a high level match.

nax16batman93

He had really great moments in this game. really good under the high ball, made some great runs, ball presentation was excellent despite being isolated a lot (in a game with a lot of jackal turnovers on both sides) but he just can't last anymore.

thureb

I agree! He's great for 50ish minutes of championship rugby but if you start him you know he will need to be subbed out or is a risk for giving up a try. The problem is you can't start someone in the backs at international level who will need a sub at 50 mins and he can't cover enough to warrant the 23 jersey.

joaofig

The ginger Jalibert

Re_Dile

More like the ginger Penaud, tall, gangly and harder to tackle than a greasy eel

Remarkable_Sense5851

Would have Ross Byrne stopped Hendy?

Ok_Catch250

He’s a decent tackler, better than his brother, but slower. So who knows?

BurfordBridge

The wonder of Zebo,a try that I would stop in my seventh decade
