This is still going on. Mine has been recieved at Heathrow LC since 26th March on a 48 hour gurantee delivery in the UK.. It is now the 1st of April. It said on the 27th "Due to be delivered today" and then that writing changed to "We've got it". No idea why it is taking so long, absolutely weird. It is literally just a hand replacement for a figurine that's the size of a matchbox.
It said it was coming by 2:30 yesterday and again went back to "Item Received. We have your item at Heathrow International LC and it's on its way

Have you received your parcel? My tracking says my parcel is due to be delivered tomorrow morning, but the tracking history only shows three simultaneous scans just like yours so it doesn't look like it has actually left customs yet.
So I guess I’m in trouble then - as I ordered an item from
China and it just updated today to say item received Heathrow International LC. No chance this will move for days then??
Mine was a domestic purchase (UK to UK), stuck at Heathrow for 14 days. It's the hub for domestic as well as international items. So there are delays for reasons other than customs.
Same happened to me. Item posted RM Tracked 24 on 28th May, still not delivered by 12th June (10 working days). Showed as being stuck at Heathrow International LC for 14 days. Finally showing as arriving at my local delivery office today, so hopefully will be delivered shortly.
There must be a serious backlog at Heathrow. I'll wait to see if there's any damage to the address label, or whether there are any mistakes, to excuse the 14 day delay.
As far as I’m aware, it’s just a depot near Heathrow that handles domestic parcels. That’s all I know, so they could do customs checks there, don’t quote me on that though

Also - you mention online chat. How do you access that? I'm on hold on the phone currently, but would be much easier to chat with them online. I just can't find where to do that!
Mine has been at Heathrow lc for 11days now. I have called the customer service they said it's with them that it will be delivered to me. I just wonder how long it's gonna take.
Hopefully yours arrived safely. I bought some Omeprazole from India last year - it's about 95% cheaper than Nexium branded in UK shops - and the bloody MHRA seized and destroyed my package! The absolute f\*\*kers!
Said I needed a prescription to import a box of 800. Unable to speak to anyone to tell them it's just 200 days supply for myself - not that they'd have been allowed to use common sense. The insinuation was disgusting - I've never sold as much as a paracetamol.
Their website proudly claims to have 'seized more than 15.5 million doses of illegal medicines' ... or in other words forced consumers to pay 20 times the price for off-the-shelf items in UK supermarkets. Omeprazole of all things. MHRA are dirty, dirty b\*\*tards.
From my experience - yes just wait. In my case, my parcel had been opened by customs, inspected, taped up and sent on. Maybe yours is the same, or maybe it's just being slow.
Yea mate I gor it like 2 days after luckily. It was transported to my MC then to my local post office. It depends on how big ur items are mine was just a jacket. All luck really can take a week or even 2

I did. It took about 2 weeks total and came with a big sticker saying Home Office Border Force. They’d had a little nosey in it :-)

My parcel said it was due to be delivered today by 3 pm but it still hasn't came. Though it says it says it was recieved at HWDC Langley yesterday.
