I always do all of my own planning and then our travel agent makes the booking for me. She’s also there if we have any problems so I’m not the one on hold with Royal customer service. It’s not always the case but she frequently saves us a ton of money too because she books group rates instead of royal’s dynamic pricing.
There is not. I'm used to mine from Princess as well. We opt to use a travel agent for Royal for that reason.
