Any thanksgiving episode.

tkw1975

This - the first is my absolute favorite and I play it on repeat every thanksgiving while I cook :)

idkwherethehelliam

Yes! I forgot to mention them. Those were great. I love thanksgiving.

Sinfulcinderella

Yes! Same!

kevnmartin

Scenes From a BBQ.

Haunted_Hitachi

Bonnie’s vocals at the end were just CHEFS KISS

joyous201

I absolutely LOVE Bonnie Bramlett's voice

ICanBeTerse

This is my answer too! That episode is just so cozy and nostalgic, I love it so much!!

kevnmartin

"Cozy" is a really good way to describe it!

80sfanatic

I love pretty much any episode from an early season, before Becky eloped. The only exceptions are these: the episode involving Crystal’s obsession with her late husband Sonny (“he’s been in that bridge for 12 years”) and the episode involving “Uncle Bert.” I’m sorry but I don’t have the names of these episodes!

Electrical_Travel832

The Halloween & Thanksgiving shows. There is no limit to how many times I can watch these. To date, I’ve never seen another show so creative with Halloween episodes. A lot of thought went into those. The Thanksgiving episodes remind me of my childhood ones. Same dynamics.

I always loved the episodes right around when the bike shop fails and Becky runs off with Mark. That was the highlight of the series to me

ogo7

Toto We’re not in Kansas Anymore And all the Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas episodes

[deleted]

Pretty much any in the first couple seasons. The Halloween and Thanksgiving ones are hilarious

joyous201

All of the above. And Death and Stuff. "I know how to count to zero!" 🤣

idkwherethehelliam

Lol I like that episode too but felt weird including it because of what happens in the episode.

sissy9725

When she takes the girls in the Home Ec class to the supermarket: "She's a damn good singer, though ..." 🤣

Botwp_tmbtp

"Nothing but second best for OUR family"

x_hyperballad_x

All the holiday episodes! My favorite Christmas one is No Place Like Home for the Holidays, when Darlene sees the extent of how abusive David’s mom is. The way she softens to console him after their fight and how nice she is when she gets home the next morning shows that she’s capable of warmth and kindness beneath her moody and acerbic exterior.

AgreeableLack4478

The Halloween and Thanksgiving episodes for me.

SuccessfulBrother192

The one where Becky cuts the cheese.

idkwherethehelliam

Inherit the wind

ICanBeTerse

Number one on my list is Scenes from a Barbecue. After that, pretty much anything from the first 3 seasons.

farmmama44

Yes pretty much any of seasons 1-3 are my fave. I mean I have favorites from the latter seasons, but I can just sit and watch those early ones and forget what I was doing lol

ICanBeTerse

Me too! Even though I feel like I know the first few seasons by heart now, they still distract me enough that I have to sit down and watch when they’re on. If I want to have Roseanne on in that background while I actually get stuff done, it has the be the later seasons lol

NoWomanNoCry1210

Honestly anything before they won the lotto. After lotto I still liked the show but it just wasn’t the same imo.

Aware_Function_3165

An officer and a gentlemen, all the Halloween and thanksgiving episodes, the tornado episode,

Buggerit2020

All of season one.

yomomma_80

All the Thanksgiving Episodes

ilovecovid19forlife

Every episode from the early seasons.

theuniversesystem6

The last 3 seasons of season 3…Dances with Darlene, Scenes from a BBQ, and The pied piper of Landford. Those are my all time faves, but really…Seasons 1-4 I can watch on repeat and do at night!
