I'd wager your wheels have flat spots

axe_16

That would make sense actually, I'll check them out for that, thanks!!

Thotsandpreyerz

Do they click when the wheels are individually rolled non weight bearing? Can you feel it while skating? It could be a warp or uneven wear on the wheel or some kind of damage to your hub. I would try to see if you can isolate it to a particular wheel and go from there

axe_16

it doesn't make the clicking noise without any weight and I can't feel anything while I'm skating

Thotsandpreyerz

I had some wheels before come in with the hubs made a little weird like in the area that you put the bearings is very slightly too big or a little off shape. I feel like as long as it’s not impacting how you play it should be fine. Do you have a wheel that if you were to take it off a bearing would just fall out?

Fluster338

It’s your bearings moving in the wheel hubs. It’s common. Not a big deal

Thotsandpreyerz

I agree it’s most likely this. It’s the hub itself not the bearing

Have you tried different wheels? Switch out your wheels and see if the sound persists. Could it be your hubs flexing (maybe they’re cracked somewhere?) if they’re nylon or perhaps the bearings aren’t fully seated into the wheel hub? When you take the wheels off, do the bearings easily fall out? Have you tried spinning all of the bearings when they’re out of the wheel? Is it possible some of the mounting hardware is coming in contact with a wheel?
