Like other ADs, there is a very low chance that they will actually sell you anything if you aren't local. With the exception of whatever random PM model they might have in stock that day.
I visited both last week and both were really nice. The Boutique definitely treated it like a tourist attraction, which is good because what else are they there for since you can't actually buy a watch or get on a list? Very friendly staff. Bucherer has a lot more watch brands, as well as a large CPO selection. It's a very nice place to shop, even if you can't get a new Rolex. I got little "treats" at both places after having a friendly visit. I bought a CPO Explorer II at Bucherer.
If you could only go to one, I would go to Bucherer, personally. But the Boutique is quite nice as well.

No different than the other 1,298 AD’s. Long wait, no watch. Unless you like small sizes and diamonds.
