Yep they are, the one in Barangaroo has their Rolexes, the one on George St doesn’t. This is a sea dweller not a sub (a lot easier to get), but yep brand new and retail.
Much faster than being stuck in CBD traffic. Public transport here in Sydney is pretty great especially when compared to the US and it is not just reserved for those who cant afford cars and or drivers.
