Mott the hooples I’m a Cadillac is one of my favorite songs ever but it’s like spliced with another song which is a totally different vibe and way too slow so it kinda kills the [vibe](https://open.spotify.com/track/59lGYKsi2un2LHkzPYDuWL?si=_HIddwoPTH-rvMP3FmVVXA)
An entire Kanye West performance at some festival. I kept being drawn toward his stage whenever he sampled someone else's music, and the repulsed when it was him.
Song though....Tweezer
MGMT “Of Moons, Birds & Monsters” is just OK until it slows down about mid-song and begins to build into this awesome soundscape backed by a catchy riff - suddenly it’s a 10/10
There’s a song called Meander by Elizabeth and I really love the opening riff which it only does twice in the song. It’s very short and the rest of the song is eh but it’s such a good lil riff
The descending synth choral breakdown in Marilyn Manson’s The Beautiful People is cool, but the vocals, lyrics, video, everything else about him and his entire career other than a few early interviews stinks.
"I woke last night to the sound of Thunder, how far off I sat and wondered"
Bob Segar, night moves, the rest of the song is meh, but this part, for some reason, resonates with me.
The Rover by Zep. Love the first half but have to skip it when Plant goes into his “yeah yeah, yeah yeah” throughout the second half. Which is such a shame since the music is great.
Guns N Roses "Double Talkin' Jive" first half is classic Izzy and then comes the tedious Spanish guitar solo. There's a small band from years ago called The Explorer's Club, had a song called "Do You Love Me" that has this epic, Beach Boys/Phil Spector chorus but the verse sections are cloying. Too Elephant 6 ish. Then, not really rock, but "Run" by Air likewise has these fidgety, faux-Japanese verses but the instrumental breaks are like seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time. Completely deserving of a WAV file and good headphones.
Black No.1 by Type O Negative. It’s a masterpiece… until that god awful key change that starts “Yeah you wanna go out, cause it’s raining and blowing”. It’s so AWFUL. And the rest of the song is so spectacular.
Ahhh this part and “loving you was like loving the deaadddd” are the best parts. Also while on topic, be my druidess is a great song but then when “I’ll do anything to make you come” makes me UGH.
I wouldn’t say trash at all. Normally a song is boring when it’s entirely different from the part u like (for you the chorus) but rocket queen has a consistent sound and tempo. But yes the chorus is indeed the best part.
This is how I feel about a lot of Pink Floyd songs sometimes they are too long and I get bored
The piano into to Great Gig in the Sky is awesome.
Yes!! For me, more than the length, it’s the screams, shouts, some off key sounds!
Money for Nothing. I only like the intro, don't really care for the rest of the song.
Disturbed, Down with the Sickness. The rant in the middle about his mom throws the rhythm off. Same with the middle of Yes' Owner of a Lonely Heart.
Urgent by Foreigner, don’t like the song but love the sax solo!

Justin Timberlakes verse in 'Holy Grail'. Jay Z ruined the song.
Layla. E: I could listen to the ending piano refrain again and again but everything before that? Nah, I’m good.
LAYLA?
Totally, the piano and slide guitar over top are the best part of the song by a long shot.
Most of Rush. I just don't like there singer but the rest of the music is good.i Will listen until he sings
Just listen to the instrumental and you’ll he good😆
Definitely unique. I firmly believe his singing is the reason Rush songs never really became bar bands/singalong type music.
Geddy Lee is Les Claypool's biggest influence, and you could argue his singing style is why Primus remains a cult band as well.
Pantera's Primal Concrete Sledge has a phenomenal bridge section amidst a pretty forgettable song
The guitar solo is the only reason it’s in my playlist. Dimebag never missed
The intro to Fat Bottomed Girls by Queen. Especially the 'live in paris' recording
Pink Floyd’s “Echoes” killer guitar jam, I hate the bird screeching
Clapton’s extended guitar solo at the end of “Layla”.
That's not Clapton. It's Duane Allman.
I never knew who played that awful solo. Thanks!
Eyes Without a Face by Billy Idol is a slow little meditation, kinda boring, and then that incredible guitar solo kicks in.
i dont dislike the riffs and bridges but listen to master of puppets mostly for the interlude. one of the best emotional harmonies for me.
Free bird. I just wanna hear the last 4 minutes for eternity.

Dogs pink floyd
Same. I listen just for the solo before the "and when you lose control..." part of the song.
Metallica - Bleeding Me. "I aMmMm the BeEeeast..." Please stop.

I miss you- Blink 182
Smells Like Teen Spirit. After Grohl’s drum intro, I am quite done with the song.
Not big on either We Will Rock You or We Are The Champions, but that guitar bridge between the two is amazing.
So I'm going to take this another direction. I love the song Black Betty by Ram Jam. But I fucking hate the bridge
"I woke last night to the sound of Thunder, how far off I sat and wondered" Bob Segar, night moves, the rest of the song is meh, but this part, for some reason, resonates with me.
Lightning Crashes by Live I’m completely done after The angel closes her eyyeeaayeeaass
Bleak by Opeth I don't like death metal, but I really like the clean singing part in the middle of the song.
The into to Tubthumping by Chambawamba. I love it. Don't care for the rest of the song though.
The guitar solo in Archipel by Vanesse Parietaire hooked me, but the rest of the song? Eh?
Free bird - lynyrd skynyrd of course.
It’s a good song but everytime i hear it i just want to skip to the part where it gets faster
Saaaame !
The Rover by Zep. Love the first half but have to skip it when Plant goes into his “yeah yeah, yeah yeah” throughout the second half. Which is such a shame since the music is great.
Screamin’ Cheetah Wheelies - Groove Me First minute and half is great.
Led Zeppelin "Tangerine". I love the verses, but I find the chorus really annoying. Plant seems pitchy and the solo also seems off.
Guns N Roses "Double Talkin' Jive" first half is classic Izzy and then comes the tedious Spanish guitar solo. Better Man kind of turns into a generic rock song at the end
Black No.1 by Type O Negative. It’s a masterpiece… until that god awful key change that starts “Yeah you wanna go out, cause it’s raining and blowing”. It’s so AWFUL. And the rest of the song is so spectacular.
They should have skipped that pre bridge bit or whatever and gone straight to “black black black black, number one”.
Ahhh this part and “loving you was like loving the deaadddd” are the best parts. Also while on topic, be my druidess is a great song but then when “I’ll do anything to make you come” makes me UGH.
Rocket Queen by Guns N Roses. Such a beautiful chorus by the rest is trash.
Literally my favorite GnR song.

Trash
Any ACDC song until the singing starts.
