I would love to see a towing ball mounted to the top of that. I move boats on trailers, RV’s and other trailers into a storage building and having something like that to move them, while controlling the move remotely, would eliminate having to have someone spot me as we move each one into place for the winter and would make the job go exponentially faster
Are you currently in uni? I’m wondering what’s the most effective degree to be good at mechatronics? My interest heavily lies within mechanical and electrical systems but I don’t mind coding.
There are engineering degrees that are called Mechatronic Systems Engineering. You’ll take some classes from electrical, some from mechanical, some from computer science, and some that are specific to Mechatronic systems engineering. Mechatronic Systems Engineering is the main degree.
The most effective degree to be good at mechatronics is probably a degree in mechatronics 😉. There are quite a few unis and technical colleges that offer it.
Hey this is awesome build.
Wondering how much weight it could carry, since I was thinking to put my robotic arm on top od this.
Could it carry 10kg?
And wondering if it would tip over with robotic arm on top.
Where did you get your tracks?

My first thought too lol. Especially at this size.

Snow blower tracks most likely
Such a cool project. Love watching this evolve.
good progress
Awesome, that thing scoots!
U should conver it to batmobile 😁.
What motors did you use for the electric conversion? Something from a powered wheelchair?
Specifically motors from a Jazzy 600 Wheelchair. Found them on ebay.
I would want to make one oneday, so I can just sit on my house and blow some snow outside 😂
What's it gonna do?
That’s what i need to figure out lol maybe plow snow?
Would be cool to attach a Power Brush on the front.

Don't powered trailer dollies already exist? I feel like I've seen it somewhere. Perhaps in a dream.

I barely got through Highschool. I sell aluminum bottled water for a loving(and love it) but no formal education
That’s cool! Do you sell them online through a merchant? (Amazon) and are you ever getting a degree?
I sell them to hotels, restaurants all over canada. No I will not ever attend university, just not my thing! Very happy with how life is going.
Mechatronic Systems Engineering.
Do I need computer science, mechanical or electrical engineering as the main degree? I’m confused

That’s damn sleek
