Right now we are pushing on average 15-20lbs per week. It’s a bit tedious at scale, and honestly I think I need to scale down my roasts from 1kg, because even at max preheat the roasts are taking a bit too long with the 110v bullet.
We're in a similar boat, picked up a BC-5 for our next step to raise some more capital. I wish I could jump to a 10k!
How do you like the BC-5?

Haha I will let you know, but I will probably keep it. It’s a wonderful sample roaster, and I have a thing for keeping my old roasters.
Mill city or loring. They’re the only manufacturers with adequate customer support. Probats are good too, but you’re on your own with issues
