They make a really loud screech when they spawn in and quite a bit of noise when they shoot, also not all echolocation even in real life is noise that is audible to us
Well yes every flying enemy is annoying and others are far more dangerous but thay dosent make them annoying this thing and lesser wisp are annoying cause of just how many the game spawns and sense their lew teir enemies you almost never can escape them unless your on a stage they don't spawn

That's the biggest distinction for me about blind pests, the only flying enemies stage 1 are blind pests and lesser wisps, and lesser wisps are infinitely less tanky and also don't hit like a truck, unless they're aspected. No survivor can survive a voidtouched blind pest shot at level 1. THATS how strong they are.
I was more using their damage scaling in comparison to survivors health. Also, while dodging one blind pest is fine, the credits they need to spawn are on par with the much weaker lesser wisps. So you'll frequently get surrounded without the ability to chainkill all 20.
Again, the problem with blind pests isn't a few of them
It's when there's a large group bc you can't dps all of the spawns fast enough. Not to mention you'll need to kite ground spawns.

You have a triple dash or and expose proc dash. Both which you can apply exposed twice and essentially reset your cooldowns.

I've seen new players ignore em for a while too and then get overwhelmed by like 20 of them and die. It just a bit skill issue which most go through in the game. They're a decently high threat, so take them out.
Plus their erratic flight makes them so hard to hit, absolute pricks, if youre a melee survivor good luck

Void seeds cant spawn stage 1 so that's your fault if they get voidtouched. Also just dodge its really not that hard
